Bert and his crew finished both the laundry room and powder room in 4 hours with 2 painters. They were extremely quiet (I work at home). They kept everything covered and clean and cleaned up afterwards. The rooms look great! They also do remodeling work apparently so I will keep Bert's card for my next project when I need a quote.

Excellent. In 2.5 full days, Bert and a collegue repainted our master bedroom, that hadnt been done in 15 years. It now looks brand new. It wasnt easy, as the walls required lots of prep, and furniture moved. He is a clean, efficiient, and polite. He is excellent in his job. We have used him for over 20 years, and will continue to call him in the future. He has done many other projects, not just painting. His collegues were also A+. We highly recommend Classic Painting and Remodelling.

We have known the owner, Peter Cuthbert, for many years. This was the 4th project that we hired Classic Painting to do for us. Bert and his workers have always been punctual, professional, patient and pleasant. They work long days in order to get the job done as quickly as possible. When Bert is not able to be present for the entire job, he makes frequent visits to check the progress and quality of the project. We have always been very satisfied with the outcome and timely completion of jobs done by Classic Painting. The total price, $3200, reflects the cost of the labor, paint and a few miscellaneous supplies need for the job.

It went great! Bert showed up on time with one worker and they were very careful to cover all pieces of furniture and carpeting. They were super careful with all of our furniture and electronics. I was so impressed with Bert's work that I asked him to give us an estimate for other areas of our home that we will have done at a later date. Totally trustworthy and I had no problem leaving both of them at our home while we were not there.

Went perfect. Worked very neat, covering our stairs and hallway to insure no surprises. He was on time as scheduled. Cleaned up after each day. The job was completed on time. He and his crew are very knowledgeable, polite, and address any questions along the way.

Bert and his team were great to work with. The front porch was completed quickly and neatly with extreme attention to detail. They knocked it out in one day and it looked great. The second, but much larger and time consuming project was the installation of tile backsplash in the kitchen in three different locations. We purchased the tile, grout and sealer on our own and Bert and his team did the prep and installation. I threw Bert a couple curve balls when we started choosing to go with a diagonal pattern for the tile rather than horizontal. It added a significant amount of time and tile cutting to the project. It was A LOT of added work for Burt and his team. In the end, it added a couple days to the project timeline. IT LOOKS GREAT! Bert and his team worked hard and were extremely attentive to detail. He wanted to make us happy which we greatly appreciated even though it made more work for him. Bert is easy to work with. You can tell he and his team really enjoy what they do. I would absolutely work with Classic Painting & Remodeling again. Thank you Bert!

It went great. This house had no storage in the kitchen for many everyday items. Bert built a large closet with shelves and cubbies. It is perfect. Everything has a place. It was finished and painted, trimmed, looking like it came with the house. There is plenty of room now. Many of the items were kept in the basement or garage before. Not now! They are right where they are needed. He also remodeled an upstairs laundry closet that held a washer/dryer. There was NO room for storage of cleaning products nor hanging of washed clothes to dry. He also replaced the existing full doors with folding doors, allowing more room in the hallway. Before we couldnt even walk by, as the open doors blocked the hall. Now its perfect. There is room for ample everything and now there is room for clothes to hang to dry. The hallway has plenty of walk by room now. Bert and his team was on time, pleasant, professional, and was very clean. The worksite was cleaned up at days end. We have used Bert's services over 20 years on many projects. He helps us design them and carries out the work perfectly. I would refer him for any home remodeling or painting, inside or out.

Bert was able to complete all the work before we moved into our new home. He was very responsive and pleasant to work with and worked very hard to complete the work on time, including working at the weekend. The doors were an afterthought and he was still able to schedule the work and get the doors installed and painted on time. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely use this company again.

We needed a painter to paint our entire house from the second floor down to the basement. We also needed a painter to paint all of the new moulding we had installed in our new house, as well as painting all of our windows. Bert is exceptional. His crew is methodical, precise and talented. He was extremely flexible in working around our schedule and painted around us moving in. They did drywall repair and repaired any nail pops they found. Bert is a perfectionist who cleaned up every paint drop. In taking down our window shades, some minor damage happened. Without us asking, Bert arranged for Next Day Blinds to come out to our house and fix it. Our walls look so beautiful and pristine that I hesitate to put anything on them! The windows, ceiling, walls, crown moulding, chair railing, shadow boxes, and base look beautiful. I can't rave about his work enough. Without reservation, I recommend calling Bert for any of your painting needs! (We have already told him we intend to call him soon about painting the exterior of our house!) As if his painting skills weren't amazing enough, our shy 5-year old daughter enjoyed his company so much she followed him around the house to sit and talk with him as he painted. He was a complete pleasure to have in the house and seemed more like an old friend by the time he left. His main objective was to leave us happy with his final product. We assured him, we are.

I was very happy with the service provided by Mr. Bert Peters and his Classic Painting Crew. Bert was very clear about the expectations regarding the amount of rooms they could do in the timeframe to which I had them and provided a fair price for the number of hours/people who supported the effort. His crew was friendly and professional, as well as neat. They had good attention to detail and provided quality work. At the end of the service, Mr. Peters offered a fair price towards painting trim/moulding in one of my rooms that I mentioned needed additional painting. I was impressed enough to have them back a few days later for more work, and there's a great chance I'll be calling them again in the near future to finish some other rooms on my list. Overall, a great experience and I'd certainly recommend them.

They did a great job of cleaning off surfaces from dirt and old paint, repaired a piece of rotting wood on a window, and the final job looks great! All in the 8 man hours allotted. While the service only called for painting, I also had a piece of siding that had recently blown off near the top of the unit. They were happy to re-attach the siding, saving me a bundle on another service call. I had previously quoted out a slightly larger job for much more, so I am very happy with the price. I am also very happy with their professionalism, taking time to explain what they were doing, what they found along the way, and how they were overcoming problems that always crop up.

All work to be performed was explained in detail and the price was within the Angie's List "Deal" amount. All work was completed within the agreed upon timeline. Quality of work was excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality, professional job at a fair price. It's refreshing to find someone who believes in providing a high quality of work and takes pride in a job will done.

Bert did an excellent job with the trim work and painting it. I am impressed with the quality of the work performed.

Bert completed all of the work as promised. Very professional and I was very happy with the end result. I was so happy that I hired Classic Painting to repair some wood rot and soffit repair caused by a woodpecker. Bert showed up a couple of weeks later and got the job done. Again, very happy with the end result.

Bert came to the house to analyze the problem and even brought a vendor back to help assess the best solution to peeling paint on a concrete pardging wall. He power wash and prepared the surface and did a primer coat and final coat. Excellent job!

Mr. Peter was very responsive after we first contacted him for an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and we quickly scheduled the project. Mr. Peter and his crew did an excellent job - top rate! They were punctual and courteous and cared about delivering a great end product.

Went perfect. Bannisters had to be sanded and prepped down to the bare wood.Then, over the next week be, stained, and many railing spindles painted. There was lots of taping and prep work before anything. He worked very clean. He arrived on time, and worked throughout the day. We are very happy with the job, and will call Classic Painting and Remodeling for whatever we need next.

Perfect! Bert Peters designed and built a new fireplace mantlepiece in our family room. He tiled over the exhisting, original, old, brick facing. He had to enlarge the footing in front of the fireplace and rebuilt it with marble. His talents and patience were put to the test in this extremely ornate room enhancement. It took long hours of precise measuring, painting, woodwork, and wood and tile cutting to complete this job. Bert worked non stop till this job was completed. He showed up every day with a plan, and the necessary equipment and supplies to complete that days work. His skills and work ethic is worth every penny. We have used Bert for many projects in our home, such as closet additions, remodelling a laundry room, exterior and interior painting, refinishing stair railings, regrouting ceramic tile, adding crown molding, and power washing. By this list you can see that Bert Peters is very talented. He's the BEST. He is our go-to guy, and has been for 20 years.

This was so easy for me. Bert provided us a quote and started the day after we accepted his quote. His crew worked long and hard to get the deck and front door completed quickly. Mr. Peter was wonderful. I called on Tuesday, got a quote on Thursday and he started and finished on that Saturday. He reduced the cost of the job because it only needed one coat of paint (originally, he thought it would take two). Very professional, polite and personable. I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We've used him for almost 20 years and I can't say enough good things about him. He is fantastic. He is extremely trustworthy, very detail oriented, just very honest, sincere and great at what he does. We've had no problems about going out and leaving him with the key. He does what he needs to do. He has worked for many people in our neighborhood. He is outstanding.
