Description of Work: We have been Central Services customers for many years. We have an annual maintenance contract with them and they are extremely proactive in making sure maintenance is completed at proper intervals. The service tech is professional and knows our home and the systems. When we replaced the heating and AC units some years ago Central did the work on schedule and at the price quoted. They are not the cheapest in the area but I believe the value received exceeds the price paid.

Description of Work: Techs and salespeople were great, prompt, helpful and always have been, they serviced the house for ten years through two sets of homeowners. The managers/owners...well they are into the hard sell, not accommodating or willing to go the extra mile to keep our business when we really needed them to come through with a new furnace/AC system. We really wanted them to honor a quote from seven months ago, but they could not come close. A call to another Angie's list provider got us a better deal and without the pressure (I.e. "this price is only good today....by noon"). So the sales part was not ideal, but their servicing has been great over the years. They also did not offer much guidance on the multiple tax rebates we are eligible for, which is the extra mile they didn't go.
