Very professional. Very accommodating to our schedule. Came right on time and discussed all options before beginning work. I was amazed to how quickly they managed to install the the mount and install the television. It looked very professional and clean work! And they seemed to have everything on hand, and due to the move, I we didn't have everything at our new place. We they still managed to do an amazing job! Great response time. Looking for additional solutions. Took shoes off to enter upstairs and very good at what they do! Definitely worth hiring when needing assistance with tv mounting needs. A bit pricier for smaller jobs, but definitely peace of mind and quality focused.

I contacted Said around noon on Thursday to install and HDTV antenna in my attic, and his technician Sam was at the house at 9am the next morning - right on time. The technician was very friendly, did a great job, and made sure I was happy before he left the job site. 110% satisfied, and I'd recommend the company to a friend.

There was a little miscommunication when setting up the appt. I originally scheduled an appt one day, I waited at home during the 2hr window and he was a no-show. I called, he apologized, then came the next day on time and did the work.

Said's customer service is awesome, and Sam is an awesome technician! Sam and I explored install options together during the site survey, agreed on the best installation approach, and the service was completed in a little over an hour! Extremely happy with sales (Said) and service (Sam)! Thanks Guys!

I provided the TV and TV mount. Mr. Kim provided everything else. He "muscled" my 55" TV onto the mount all by himself and did a great job of hiding all the associated wires. Mr. Kim worked quickly, cleaned-up all the mess, and gave me the best price of the other 3 service providers I interviewed. I don't see how I could have gotten a better deal from ANYONE. Five "thumbs up" to Mr. Kim of New TV Mount [his new name for his company].
