Excellent work and customer service. Said came out and evaluated the project and gave me an estimate the same day I called. Sam came the following day and installed the TV above the fire place, securing it to the wall and the brick behind it. The craftsmanship is excellent and everything looks great. The price was very reasonable. I compared it to what it would cost me to purchase the necessary masonry drill, bits, and anchors. Sam did the work faster and better than I could have, and the work comes with a guarantee so I have peace-of-mind. I called Said just yesterday and the project is already done and done right. Sam cleaned the work area and then hooked everything up and made sure it worked before leaving. I ll certainly use them again for my next installation.

Amazing service. I received a visit to quote the project in less than 24 hours and less than 24 hours after that Sam came and connected my upstairs router to the basement via ethernet jacks and did an awesome job. He was on time, professional, courteous, polite, pleasant, performed the task exceptionally well and fast, and was sure to double check his work and make sure I was happy with everything before he left. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for A/V services.

ON TIME COURTEOUS PATIENT WILLING TO KEEP TRYING FOR THE BEST RECEPTION AND MOST CHANNELS new booking method left me without a receipt for work done and payment received, with a promise of an email later. I do not like this method because when he left, I had no record of any kind of services in hND.

Audio Video and Security mounted our 55 inch television above our mantle and into our brick fireplace. The technician was on time, worked hard, corrected some past errors by others and installed a new and much better antenna system. He also checked to make sure that the maximum number of channels were available with the most powerful signals.

I needed my home rewired for Gigabit speed from a 10/100 set up. I had CAT5 which slows down the signal and decided to put in CAT6. It was a laborious job but Said and Sam worked tirelessly and completed the project perfectly in one day...took about 8 hours. They are a reliable and truly professional outfit. I am sure their other work installing security systems and AV systems would be done just as professionally. Their price I felt was fair given the labor involved. I would hire them again if need arises
