They were great but the price was high for the amount of work we had.

They did an excellent job. Our TV was hung over the fireplace between two window. We asked them to hide the wires. It took them 2 hours longer than they expected, yet they stayed with in the original quote.

Audio Video & Security (AVS): Customer satisfaction is their #1 goal. I very highly recommend AVS. I had my tv installed a few months ago and was about to have my speakers also installed by the same big-box store. But I wasn’t pleased with how the conversation went regarding how they planned to install the 3 front in-wall speakers since the tv sits on top of the fireplace. The home theater system was pre-wired by the builder. When I contacted AVS, the project manager (Said) came to do a survey. He had his doubts about installing the front speakers where the wires were located because it meant they will be behind the tv resulting in potential echoing. Also there were studs in the wall making it difficult to appropriately place the speakers. After bringing in one of his technicians (Sam) for further consultations Said offered to install in-ceiling speakers in the front as well as the back for my 5.1 ch system using Episode speakers. Even though I had built some rapport with him at this point I was a bit skeptical because I had never heard of Episode. But I still went ahead because I wanted to trust him before I even did my research on these speakers. He offered me the 1700 signature series with surround sound. Also he didn’t charge me extra even though rewiring the front speakers to the ceiling involved more work. I’m glad I agreed to his proposal because he installed a great system. Throughout the process Said made sure I was satisfied with his suggestions and the pricing was reasonable. Also the point he made about having the same point person be responsible for both the equipment and installation made sense to me because it could be difficult to identify the responsible party for a future problem if several parties are involved.

I was in a jam with the super bowl game because I was having a big party and at around 1:30 pm on super bowl Sunday my large flat screen stopped receiving a signal from the cable box. I used google to search for a technician and finally got someone on the phone at Home Advisers. He was extremely sympathetic to my dilemma and said he would find somebody. Within 45 minutes the technician arrived and spent almost 3 hours through a process of elimination (my flat screen and cable box are in different rooms) identifying the problem. He fortunately had the right RF equipment in his van and replaced the defective parts shortly before our guests starting arriving. I cannot say enough how grateful i am to have found Home Advisers and my technician, Sam!

I can't reccommend Said and Sam highly enough. Prompt response, they showed up on time, and knew what needed to be done. They were respectful of my home, courteous and fair. As previously reviewed, they were ready and happy to do the work the same day and I was happy to let them. They cleaned as they worked as the job required opening up some drywall. No brained regarding hiring them again as I've already lined them up for another job.

They did a good job, I don't think they could have done a better Job. Im highly satisfied!!

I sent the request to Home Advisor on a Sunday night. The company called me Monday morning & scheduled a TV mounting the same day. The company was professional and knowledgable about the installation of large flat screen TV. The installation was very tricky & not your average install. It was on a brick fireplace that had been covered with carpentry. Very good job & I would definitely recommend their services. Their pricing was extremely fair and better that B&ST Buy.

They are prompt with responding and very respectful of your home they clean up after themselves. Reasonably priced

Said and Sam went well beyond the call of duty. We had a misunderstanding about the specs for our job of re-wiring our network, but their attitude was outstanding, they were flexible and they did some things that were very helpful that I did not even think of. Most of all, they were extremely polite and their attitude was excellent - even after I accidentally backed into one of their vehicles! (all my fault) These people take pride in their work and are well worth hiring.

They came out for a quote and the price was right and they completed the job in one day! Almost 12 hours of work and came out great. Would definitely recommend. The technician was very knowledgeable and did great work.

I had a great experience from the initial call I received from Said to the follow-up call when the work was done. Said came over to see what, where and how I want the tvs to be installed before I hired free of charge. He provided recommendations, and he priced the work cheaper than most competitors. We agreed on the day of the installation, and Said called an hour early to let me know the technician was on his way to prep the areas before the TVs were delivered. The technician was very nice, very professional, very customer service oriented. He listened to my needs and wants, and proceeded. Said joined him and stayed with him all the way through the work. They were attentive, and very professional. The technician ensured the place was clean and vaccumed after he completed the work. What I like was the follow-up call from Said asking if everything has met my expectation and to call him if there is anything I need. Overall 5/5 from beginning to end. Great Job Said! Way to run a business. I will be calling when I am ready to add another TV.

Excellent customer service and very good quality of work.

What was a simple network cable run Ended up taking a while and the ran the cable out side of the house and did not just run it along the ground. The stapled it up where the roof hangs over and hid it in the molding of the house. The cable is invisible. They did great work, for a great price. Thankw

What should have been a routine install ended up being a complex, time consuming job. Said worked thru all the issues and did a great job.... and he only charged the quoted price! No other company would have done that.

Said was pleasant to work with. He explained and tested everything before leaving. Both service men were efficient and knew exactly what to do. Five Stars for sure.
