I have heard so many remodeling horror stories. From the moment we spoke to Gerardo and his team, I knew I had made the right choice. The results are beyond my dreams. I feel ulike I moved into a brand new home. We renovated my childhood home into our retirement haven. Yaya Contracting did not miss a single detail. They worked with an engineer to make sure we had no structural issues in the future. They went above and beyond what we expected. The design team helped us coordinate tiles, carpet and wood flooring. Gerardo and his team listened to our needs and made sure the job was done to perfection. I highly recommend Yaya Contracting!!!

Very friendly to work with and very conscientious about the work they do. They did a great job on the various repairs that we needed. I will be calling them for any future needs as well!

We had multiple items that needed to be addressed. Rear deck refinishing, replacing rotted/damaged wood siding and trim, replacing a screen door, fixing/repainting a bathroom ceiling and replacing a couple of rotted window sills. The quality of work was excellent and we were also on a tight timeline, which they met in time for us to host a neighborhood party. I highly recommend this company and you should be comfortable hiring them for any needs for your home.

Gerardo was onsite for all of the work and always kept me in the loop on progress along with any issues discovered during the course of the work. Always arrived on time and left the job site in a clean state upon leaving. Was an absolute pleasure to work with and have already recommended him to a friend for some work they are looking to have done. Will be one of the first people I call for any future work I look to have done.
