Did not engage contractor. They were not able to meet our specific color requirements for our windows. However, I highly recommend them for any window projects. They were very professional, had a good product (except for the color) and provided a through but concise education of their product.

I am not sure, at this point and therefore have vacillated between a D and an F rating. The installation went fine. However, 4 months later Window Depot has been extremely uncooperative in providing information and following up with me about a request involving price of the windows. I am able to file for energy credits on my taxes. I can claim only the cost of windows and not labor or materials. The Window Depot REFUSES to provide me with a breakdown and claims they cannot give me the cost of the windows themselves. I have never heard of a company that "cannot" price out product vs labor and materials. This makes me very suspicious about the actual product that was installed. I wonder if it is an inferior product, perhaps not the glass that I paid for. I can think of no other reason I have been refused at all levels of the company the cost of the product itself. They would not even give me a ratio when I asked for that. I was promised a written response a week ago, and yet, no one in the office, nor my representative is willing to follow up. Nor will the owner of the company return my call. BEWARE!

We researched and got competitive quotes from several companies. The price and quality of Window Depot won us over- plus we heard good things about their installers. Windows took a good 6 weeks to be made. When Art and his crew came by to install this was a really rainy period. They worked tirelessly over the weekend because of weather forecast and got the job done with great quality. Thanks for the great job!

I cannot say enough good things about Window Depot. Seriously. Everyone was friendly and very professional. There were no problems, and the installation went extremely well, and amazingly fast! George, the consultant, who came to my home and explained everything in detail, and measured my windows, was SO very nice, and extremely knowledgeable. And he was obviously animal friendly! The team who did the installation were professional and knew what they were doing - no problems whatsoever. And they were very accommodating about my indoor cats, so I was able to have them in a room, and they replaced windows everywhere else, and let me know when I could move the cats to a finished room. Everyone was excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I am more pleased than I can ever put into words. My new windows changed my world!!! : )

Salesman was great to work with... on time, responsive and explained the different options. Windows were installed by team of 3 that were also on time and completed the job within 1/2 day. Was satisfied with the work and hired Window Depot again for another job and referred them to 2 of my friends already.

Michael, my sales representative, was very patient with me and provided viable options within my budget. The installers were courteous, neat, and exhibited a strong work ethic. I'm very happy with my new windows.

I received four quotes from various companies. Window Depot was the first to provide their information and described their product offering very clearly showing the key features and specifications. I compared these across all the quotations received and Window Depot windows had the best overall quality/specifications/cost value so I accepted their quote. It took about 6-7 weeks from placing the order (and paying front half of the money). Their installation team was scheduled once the windows arrived and they showed up promptly as promised and proceeded to quickly remove and replace all 15 windows in about 2 hours. They then spent the rest of the day and about two hours on the next day sealing and installing the window clad. The installers noted a couple minor issues and immediately resolved several but we had to reorder one window component as the glass had been cracked during shipment. There were no issues getting the replacement. I was very happy with the results and the team effort. I can highly recommend this team for your window replacment.

Very comprehensive initial consultation with salesman. Next came a visit with owner (Frank) and installer. They determined that certain modifications would be needed. Received follow-up estimate quickly, and an e-mail with expected delivery date of windows. That date was met, and then scheduled installation date was agreed upon and that date was met. Installers were very competent; installation went smoothly. Result was better than we had imagined it could be. Absolutely recommend this firm.

Had 22 Windows replaced and shutters put on. Frank was excellent and made sure the project was 100% to our satisfaction. I would reccomend them.

From the estimate to install of final product the entire process was flawless. I had several companies come here to give me estimates. I learned more about windows with Frank's estimate than all the others combined. I was disappointed when Window Depot did not come in at the lowest because we really liked Frank. Frank than worked with me to give me a better price. The installer was professional. I had windows installed on Friday and Saturday I noticed a small tear in one of the screens. I emailed the office, Laura called me first thing Monday morning and Tuesday Frank was here replacing the screen.

Representative was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time with a sample. We looked at all the windows to be replaced and I received a good explanation of their products. The products appeared to be of good quality. We recommend this company based on the presentation, literature and quality of windows offered.

We had a positive experience working with Window Depot on our window replacement project. The sales consultation was informative without being too long (not over one hour). They will try to sell you triple pane windows, a product which we did not feel was necessary in the quiet residential area that we live, but they weren't pushy about it when we opted for the less expensive double pane option. We shopped around and Window Depot's price ended up being the most competitive as compared to similar products from other companies. They did a great job working on our house. The windows arrived earlier than expected and we had our installation date scheduled less than four weeks after signing the contract. The main office was great at communicating throughout the process and on the install day the installation team was courteous and efficient. They cleaned up all debris both inside and out and hauled away all of our old windows. We've had our new Vista windows for just over a week and are so far very pleased with them.

They were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They came in replaced the door frame and doors with high quality materials. They did an excellent job and I love my new doors!!

They did an excellent job and the owner was really nice and thorough in giving the estimate. He brought up issues that Lowe's didn't even mention — that required additional work — and came in with a quote that was actually lower. Amazing. The windows look incredible.

Three installers were punctual both days, they explained the process, covered every window with plastic from the inside so there would be minimal mess inside the house, then worked as a team to take old windows out, put new ones in, and caulk. They left no debris or mess of any kind, and did not trample a single flower or bush! The windows look fabulous and its been a joy to clean them! Thank you Window Depot!

The salesman was polite, explained everything well and was not pushy. We chose our product. Some days later the owner came out and measured our windows. Delivery time was about five weeks from the contract signing. When the windows arrived at Windows Depot we were called and scheduled installation. A week or so later the installers arrived. They were half an hour late, but went to work and performed their jobs professionally and with care. They explained how the windows worked, and answered our questions. They removed the old windows, screens and other material from our property. They touched up some caulking around the interior of the windows for us The product functions well and looks nice. We are pleased with our overall experience.

They cost a little bit more than the others but everything was wonderful. They were so polite and cleaned up after themselves. I was so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them.

Great. Installation took 1 full day and they were very neat and tidy. The cleaned up any debris they created. The hardest part for us was pulling furniture away from 19 windows so they had workino room. We were given plentry of notice. The installers were extremely polite and we enjoyed talking with the foreman when he was working inside. He even gave my husband some tips on smaller projects we were doing ourselves. We got a call a few days after the installation to make sure we were satisfied and wanted to know if we had any problems. I was very impressed from Day 1 through the final day of completion. My new windows are so pretty, I hated to cover them with curtains! Thanks, Window Depot, for a job well done!!

Our daughter and son-in-law got quotes from several window vendors and selected Window Depot based on price and also the professionalism of the sales contact. Window Depot took measurements and custom fabricated the windows and one sliding door, which replaced old aluminum builder grade windows and door that were in poor shape. The sales representative offered 3 window options and the middle grade was selected for the project. As typical custom fabrication projects, Window Depot required a 50% payment prior to fabricating the windows then a final payment after the installation. The new windows are an attractive addition to the house as well as improving the energy efficiency of the home. My daughter and son in law are delighted with the results.
