WEST END LOCK SECURITY

Made an appointment to fix a lock one day ahead. They gave me a 1 hour time frame when they would arrive. It was in the morning, so they couldn't have been too far behind at that time. I called after waiting for them to show up for an hour and 10 minutes and was told it would be another 45 minutes before they could get to my house. I told them I couldn't wait as I had somewhere to be, so I was told by the person I talked to that he would see if he could rearrange things and would call me back in 5 minutes. Didn't hear from him for another hour, during which time he would not answer the phone. Finally called to tell me he was on his way (2 hours late). I told him not to bother. I could understand if some emergency had come up, but he didn't seem to care about keeping me informed even after he told me he was going to call me right back. Wasted 2 hours and still had to call someone else. Very annoying and frustrating experience.

They did great and I think they were very experienced. They hooked everything up very quickly and the company was very respectful and took us through a full training process on how to use the system before they left.
