 + -1 moreWe've used Vector for the last ten years and feel they're a good company. They charge by the quarter. We haven't had any false alarms and they check up periodically to make sure the system is working.

 + -1 moreWe had this alarm installed some time ago and we didn t have to pay monthly because we owned the system. It was not monitored by phone or through the local police department. They came out once a year to inspect everything and replace it's batteries. If the power went out the system had batteries for the back up. I'm sorry, but my husband paid for their annual visit, so I couldn t begin to guess how much they charged.
Description of Work: They did annual check ups and battery replacement on our alarm systems.

 + -1 moreVector Security didn't impress me at all. My smoke detector sensors were not working and that was scary. They told me they were. My system failed and they had no answers for me. I sure didn't feel safe at home or away. The alarm was always going off and nobody even called. I cancelled and they were calling then and pestering us at all times of the day. I cancelled them about three months ago.
Description of Work: They monitored our existing system for fire and crimes on our two-story home that had twelve windows.
