+ 2 moreA subsequent inspection by the buyer reveled that the repair to the floor was nonfunctional, rotted wood was left, the toilet had shifted and was continually leaking. I contacted Dean Hudnutt, owner, who basically shrugged off responsibility and has made no effort to act responsibly.
Description of Work: Town and Country was hired to make repairs in preparation for a sale. The problems areas were detailed in a inspection report. There was repair to the downstairs half bath, the floor was damaaged by water. Dean and his crew attempted to shore up the rotted floor from below. He never approached me with the details of the repair until they had been done. What he shouild have done was remove the vinyl and the rotted wood and replaced all the damage material.
