I was incredibly impressed by the way they took extra care to cover everything in plastic prior to painting... and then when they were finished they even vacuumed! Marvin was respectful of my home & MB area and, is extremely competent. Thiago is eye candy that will meet with you & melt your heart & soul when he comes to quote. I only hire painters for tough projects -- I would hire Short Pump Painters again. (Maybe even for an easier one)

 + -1 moreShort Pump Painting did an excellent job on our 10 x 16 kitchen, including a small pantry. The job is part of our full kitchen remodel. I had earlier demo'ed the cabinets and floor so the room was down to bare walls and subfloor. When I removed the cabinets, I found previously unknown sheet rock issues, including missing 6" x 65" panel! My kitchen is now clean, smooth, and ready for cabinets, granite, etc. Thiago and team showed up on time each day and stayed late on the last day to get the job done. The painters were polite and they cleaned up very well at the end of the job. I have no reservations about hiring Short Pump Painting again.

Included in the service was a free color consultation to make sure the colors we picked flowed well. On the day of the work 9/5/2017, the crew showed up on time got the job done in one day. They fixed some minor dry wall issues and re-caulked around the trims. Short Pump Painters takes pretty much all forms of payment which was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and professional experience. I will definitely be calling Thiago for my next paint project.
Description of Work: I had five rooms that needed to be painted (Entry, Mudroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Hallway). I only had them do the walls. The ceiling and baseboards will be done at a later date after I get some other work completed.

Description of Work: Normally people look to Angies list to find a contractor, I joined to write this review. Short Pump Painters completed 2 jobs for us - both on the final home we plan to purchase. I have never met a representative of a company that handled himself in a more professional manner and brought along with him a more professional crew of associates to complete our job. From my first call, within a day I had met, Theago and by the next a.m. had a quote for the job. Not only was the job completed on time and all of our concerns addressed but as they completed the work found additional items that needed touching up that were handled at the initial cost. Upon completion we were so pleased that we contracted to have the kitchen and sunroom also fixed and painted. Choosing colors has always been a battle in our household. Theigo resolved that issue by having a representative from the paint store come to the house and work out the colors with my wife. What a please it was to have my wife totally satisfied and no battle. The work was again completed on time and at a extremely fair price.
