Robbie and his team at Service Master of Richmond saw us through nearly 2 years of a storm damage claim with 5-star service. They handled our water mitigation, initial cleaning, pack-out, pod delivery, and post-construction cleaning. We found them to be incredibly responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and kind. They even reworked their schedule to service an urgent need, short-notice, for which we were extra grateful. In a time where many businesses often don’t answer their phone, Robbie answered every time, did everything promised, and dependably had his crews show up each time scheduled. Used wet cleaning on some and dry on others, depending on the fabric. They were very knowledgeable, and tailored the cleaning according to what was needed. Even talked me out of cleaning some furniture, because it wouldn't have made enough difference in the appearance. I have used other services and I will only use Service Master from now on. They were much better and comparably priced.

I have been using their services for the last 25 years and have been satisfied with them. This time it was a bad experience, as they forgot to hook up something, while installing the same. At the end of the day, they still took care of the issue. I will use them in future.

First, I should mention that I called Service Master to find out more about their services; I had never had our carpets cleaned, and didn't know what it entailed or have any idea about costs. The person who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of my (many) questions. It was only a few days before they came to clean our carpets, and they did a fantastic job. They called to remind us (which I always find helpful) and showed up on time. The service provider was also professional and did a great job. He was quick - but not too quick! I felt that he was thorough but didn't waste any time either.

Well he was a little late, but I understand these things happen. However, once he got here, he was so professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Great job!

They arrived on time, let me add a room I didn't originally request, provided firm quote after measuring, price was as expected and cleaned all very efficiently. The results looked good. The service man was very polite.

We have been asked, if our carpets were replaced twice since Service Master cleaned them. The man who came out paid special attention to the areas I was worried about and spot cleaned the stains that he thought might be trouble. He was also very nice and the carpets dried in about three hours. They look really good.

We only used Service Master this one time. They didn't move any furniture and it took about eight hours to dry. They were able to pull up most stains, but not all, though some of them were very old and stubborn stains.

Service Master did a great job of cleaning our carpets. They removed all of the stains, even the grape juice that my son spilled. They were able to come out the day after we called them and they were done in about an hour and the carpets dried in less than two hours. They are a very convenient company and they do a great job.

They were late coming out and they stayed late into the evening working, but other than that they did great work. All of the materials they used were good quality. The paint, wood, carpet, all of it was good and it looked great when they were finished. The insurance company took care of the cost.

The great room is a very high traffic area for our family, so we have it cleaned regularly. Service Master of Richmond did a really good job. They did what they told us they would do. They removed a gel ink stain out of our carpet. They were helpful moving furniture. They put plastic discs under the carpet to protect from rusting.

Service Master did a great job cleaning my carpets they even got those old stubborn stains out. They made sure that the carpet was done so it dried quickly. The worker that came out was very nice and polite.
