My great room carpet was a disaster and I didn't have much hope that any company could get it clean enough or that they would even attempt it. They not only didn't walk away from the job but did an outstanding job for the carpet they had to work with. I'd say they went over and above my expectations. They also did two hallways, two bedrooms and the stairs and the overall price was more than fair. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

RVA Carpet Pros were able to come within a day which was really convenient. Helped correct some stains/blemishes, got rid of a ton of dirt, and fluffed up the carpet so it looks just like new.

Sean and Sumir's work is OUTSTANDING!!! I will continue to use his service in the future!! I've trashed the Resolve and Carpet freshener that I've used in the past. My carpet was so amazingly beautiful, clean. My home smelled so amazingly good! The carpet looked so good that I had to take the time today to clean my baseboards! 😂 There are 2 other rooms that I am scheduling to have done after my Christmas decorations are taken down! Professional carpet cleaners arrived on time wearing both masks and shoe covers. My carpets were inspected using a special light to disclose specific stains. Both carpets were then very professionally cleaned and looked better immediately! Sean took the time to educate us on what to do about any future staining (we have 2 cats) to minimize impact on our carpets. I would hire again and definitely recommend.
