 + -1 moreTom recommended several contractors to perform work on our house to get it ready to put on the market, most of which turned out to be below average in quality and workmanship and were even quite pricey. One recommendation required us to hire a lawyer because the work was so horrible. We had to have the job totally re-done at our own expense costing us thousands of dollars and a HUGE inconvenience. When it came to listing our house, we were pressured to list at a low price. In the end, we changed Realtors and sold our house quickly and for quite a bit more than what we were advised from Tom Gaye.
Description of Work: We used Rushing Realty for our buyer agent and listing our house.
