Description of Work: Roy has done both AC and heating repairs for my family - each time with prompt attendance. I've used Roy's HVAC several times now, each with the same, excellent service. Roy runs his own business. He's prompt, and very knowledgeable in his professional area. What you get with Roy is a "no frills", extremely competent, highly professional and honest HVAC professional. I give Roy Edwards my highest recommendation as an HVAC professional you can not only place your full confidence in, but also rest assured you could not have a found a better qualified or better attending HVAC professional. Description of Work: After replacing my old oil tank, i had no heat. To make matters worse my pump was leaking. Roy replaced my pump, the nozzle and another entire assembly. He cleaned everything up for me and had me up and running the same day I called!

Description of Work: What a life saver Roy was for our family! Around 4:45 AM our HVAC started grinding up bearings, emitting the most horrendous noise. We had to silence our only protection against the bitter cold! First we ran to our phone book, wondering who to call. Then we remembered ads for Angie's List. We got online and joined within the hour, searching out emergency help. After finding Roy's HVAC on your list and seeing he was right in our neighborhood, we called. Roy returned our call promptly, promising to be here by 7. He was good to his word. By 8:30, our home was toasty again and we were happy! |

Description of Work: Replaced old garbage disposal with a new one.

Description of Work: I have a home warranty with Sensible Home Warranty and by the way they are awful. I called them because my HVAC system was not working properly and I needed them to send someone out. I was put in touch with Roy who told me that it was his company and that he could come to my home the next day at 8am. Sure enough 8 sharp he was at the door and proceeded to fix the unit. It did not take long at all there was actually a part he needed to replace but immediately I had cool air again. He was so nice and very knowledgable about the unit. He also was very respectful and did not seem like he would be the type to over charge or have hidden fees. I will definately hold on to his card and refer him to anyone in need.
