+ -1 moreI called Ross Termite Inspections because he is a small locally owned business and very close to my location. He said he would stop by after 2 today and he did. John too a look and told me he had to go under the house to see about damage on the inside. He zipped into his coveralls and did just that. There was nothing on the inside, the old damage was just that and John wouldn't even take the money I offered. No charge for the consult is his policy. Today it is 94' and John's policy didn't change. He asked that I remember him and you know I will!
Description of Work: My carpenter found old termite damage and suggested I have it checked before he covered it up.

+ -1 moreJohn was incredibly thorough and professional and very prompt at returning calls and getting out to see us. After my difficult experience with Bradford and Sons Pest Service, John was a breath of fresh air.
Description of Work: We purchased a contract for service every 2 months at 65 a visit for a total of 6 visits to end our roach problem once and for all. John spent over an hour thoroughly addressing entry points in every room.
