+ -1 moreOverall things went well. They came, we agreed on the amount for their service which they performed and left.
Description of Work: I have a very small one bedroom unit. Only high traffic area in dining area needed special attention. Otherwise, carpet was not very dirty at all. They arrived at the appointed time and began work immediately. Very triendly people whose company I enjoyed. If the occasion arose, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the results. Didn't think our carpets would ever look this good again. Very impressed with the fact that the owner of the company comes out and does the work. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and puts pride in his work.

Mr. Reynolds and his assistant were early to the appointment (accommodating our schedule by making it on Saturday morning), worked for about an hour and a half, and were exceptionally courteous and professional. All of the equipment except the cleaning wand is out in the truck, which cuts down on the noise and disruption in the house. We are extremely pleased with the results! Several stains are gone and overall the carpet is sparkling. I would strongly recommend this business for a fair price and excellent service.
Description of Work: Mr. Reynolds stain-treated and steam cleaned the carpet in three bedrooms, a hallway, and a set of 10 stairs.

+ -1 moreReynolds Carpet Cleaning did a great job of cleaning our carpets. The carpets have not looked this good since they were installed. We already had the furniture moved when the got here so I am not sure if they offer to move the furniture or not. The carpets dried in less than two hours.
Description of Work: I had them come in and clean the carpets in three of my rooms in our 2100 square foot home.

+ -1 moreReynolds Carpet Cleaning got all of the stains out of our carpets along with the odors that came with them. Reynolds Carpet Cleaning moved all of our furniture which was a really big help to us. The man who came out was so nice to us, we are just very happy with how they worked for us.
Description of Work: Reynolds Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpets in two rooms of our 2900 square foot home.

+ -1 moreOur carpets look much better since Reynolds Carpet Care cleaned them. They removed most of the stains; the only ones remaining are the really deep stains that have been there for years. They also got the high traffic areas very clean. The carpets dried in two or so hours.
