Ray's Swimming Pool and Supply

Got called by contractor same day, will install pool by mid July... Otherwise I would it have waited until mid August... Thanks again Ray's Swimming Pool and Supply.

We had a tree fall on our pool back in February of this year. Ray came out to assess the damage for insurance purposes but never got back to us with an estimate. It is now almost June and I have called everyday and have not been able to get through directly to Ray but get the runaround about how busy he is and that he has to come back out to get more measurements. Meanwhile, the insurance adjuster is on my back trying to get all the estimates for the repair work so that we can proceed and threatening to close the claim if we don't get the pool estimate.Ray has been out already to see the damage, but he has not been able to get me the estimate. I know right now it is really busy with the pool season starting up, but like I said this damage happened back in February. It has been almost 4 months! The worst part is calling everyday and feeling ignored and respected as a customer. This is not the first time we have used him and we would have liked to have him do the repairs and open up the pool for the season as usual, but now I'm forced to look somewhere else. *I finally received the estimate and we'll see what the insurance says. Though I was really frustrated by this experience I will stick with them for now, since I cannot seem to get any other pool company out here for the job.

We have been using them for three years. They are cheaper than anybody that we?ve come across, and they do a good job. We buy our supplies from them, and they don?t sell us anything that we don?t need. They keep our pool clear. The technician doesn?t always show up when he says he is going to as he is a busy person.
