Description of Work: There was a lot of phone tag (admittedly some of this was on our end), a missed appointment, and misunderstanding of how the coupon works. It said $149 for 4 hours ($300 worth of services), but he just took $149 off the estimate (he should have deducted $300). We asked him to fix this and he didn't see the coupon working that way. All in all, Mr. Gunderson was generally professional, knowledgeable, and seemed like a good guy, but we did not have a good experience.

Description of Work: I have learned to be overly cautious when hiring contractors -Mike was absolutely wonderful! I was impressed when he initially called to let me know he was running a few minutes late for our first appointment and I was even more impressed when I saw the finished product. the attention to detail was refreshingly encouraging! I was so impressed i've asked him to come back to install some windows.
