Work started on time; work 2nd floor and 1st floor. They finished up each area, cleaned up and moved to the next. Five hours start to finish.

Roofing crew very efficient. Installation seems good.

Everything went well like we expected. Window was on time. People answered all the questions we had.

Here's why I consider Paramount Builders a very unprofessional, customer adverse company. I called them to ask for an approximate price on 2 half round 2' X 4' nominal size replacement windows. I thought it wasn't necessary for a sales person to make a house call unless the approximate price was good. I explained that doing this over the phone would be the most time efficient way since it was just for 2 windows. I was told to expect a call back. I hadn't heard from them, so stopped by the store 10 days later, but they close at 4:30pm. Made another trip and got there at 4:15--the doors were locked. Called them immediately, told them I had not heard from them, the store was closed, can I get a price by having someone come to my home. Got a call back to schedule an appointment. Told them what I needed. They said they do not make appointments for small orders--3 specialty windows like half round were the minimum. Can I get a price over the phone like their competitors? No, they don't quote over the phone. Will you come out then? Will you sell to me? I was asked if my wife would be home. I said no. Well, then we cannot give a quote. And on and on giving me excuses everytime I asked if they would sell to me. They just could not say a simple and quot;noand quot; and not waste my time. After the phone call, my wife said they did return my first call. She was asked if she would be home for the quote. She told them repeatedly that would not be necessary. They insisted it was and never called back to speak with me.

Crew was on time. Worked consistently except for lunch break. Answered all questions and were professional.

Paramount was on time, had very competent and respectful workers. I felt I received high quality products and service.

Jake and Milo were always on time, they were hard working in spite of the heat. They were very professional and funny too. Just like I like them coming in to work in and on my home.

Install crew showed up on time. Install from the start, kept me informed of process due to rain. Conducted walk around check at completion.

Jack came to make the sale. Very chatty. Chris came out to measure, polite and efficient. Chris and his crew came at the appointed date/time to install. On time, beautiful work, cleaned up all materials. Great job!

The roof was installed well and have had no problems with it thus far. The installation had a few challenges that might be major for someone else. First the good things done: the roof workers were all very courteous and efficient. They were focused and efficient and the clean up at the end of the job was exception compared with other contractors that I've worked with. The only issue I had with the install was the lack of care taken with re to my landscape plants and the items that I had on my deck. As the workers worked they quite naturally and normally tossed the old shingles etc off of the roof onto the ground. There was not much care observed in this process and so much of my landscaping suffered and I had some fragile things on my back porch that could have suffered greatly if I didn't spot the risk and once and moved some things out of harms way. Even so, things still hit the things I had out back. It would have been better if folks had taken just a little more care of the landscape and if I had been given warning/instruction to clear off my deck. Nothing was harmed and we're at the end of landscape season and I know that the damage will be unnoticed next year when things grow back. The scheduling of the job seemed to take a little longer than promised but I was not in a rush so this was also minor. All in all, I would use them again and I need gutters put on and they are likely the ones I'll use for that as well so all of these issues were minor and the reason why they get a "B" rating rather than an "A".

they called well in advance to insure I was home showed up on time and got right to work. They removed shoes when inside and courteous while working to replace windows.

Presentation too long, nice sales rep, but took too long. (4 hours!) Miss two windows in estimate - had to do an additional charge of $75.00 which was reasonable. Took two days (thought it would be one) but the job was done very professionally. Happy with the work. Would hire again!

Workers were on time, courteous and professional. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the work site. We are happy with the installation and final product.

All three workers arrived at the scheduled date and time, worked through the weekend and had the job done in less than a week.

The roofers were taking short cuts not replacing rotten wood and wanted to charge extra to do it right. The trim and soffit crew were very professional and their work showed just that.

The installation went very well. The crew was effecient and did an excellent job. They removed all of the old windows and wordwork as well. I am very pleased with my new, more energy effecient windows.

Sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the product and the installation. was top knotch! There was some confussion on specifics, but it was handled promptly and professionally! I am extremly pleased.
