1. 1st person did a terrible job - Seams didn't fit. 2. 2nd person came and took down all work of 1st person and redid - excellent workmanship - however one post had scratch marks in it. Worker said he would have office call to discuss resolution. Office never called.

Sharon showed up, quickly related to our needs and built a tailored, affordable proposal. Production department came in, jumped to work, promptly serviced any inquiries, and finished with a quality installation.

Not done. Estimate way too high. Don't think I would go with them even if price okay after the guy called the "head guy" in front of us. Don't think he liked the fact that I told him I would be getting several estimates and gathering information and then make a decision.

First contact was with person, I forget his name, telling me about rotting wood on soffit & trim. Sales rep came next day & explained work required.

1st day rained out but 2nd & 3rd day completed the work.

Klys and his crew were on time and called to confirm the appointment. They began on one window and systematically moved around the house. The price was good for a quality window and install. I was happy from start to finish.

Roof installer were very polite and hard workers.

The salesman worked with me to give excellent price since I was a return customer who had them install all upstairs windows 10 years ago. Installation team was very professional, did excellent job and spotless clean up!

The salesman, Rick, really knew his stuff. He explained all the details and answered all questions thoroughly. The installation crew led by Mike was simply amazing from start to finish. I would recommend/request his crew no matter the project.

Overpriced and too expensive. Never use them again, way overpriced. Installers were great, I overpaid for the windows and peole should look for a better place.

Chris Morrison ( installer) was awesome, professional, calm, knew his work, made the whole job wonderful. This company is great. Sales/ finance/ installation.

They were on time and finished the entire work in less than one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up when they finished.

Rep met to discuss product and pricing. We'd call to schedule install, crew came on time as scheduled. Completed job as scheduled.

They are wonderful! Expect to take a little longer for the job to be done because they make sure everything will be done perfectly!

The sales woman was very knowledgeable and straight forward. The crew showed up and worked all day and cleaned up after themselves.

The two men were very nice and did a good job installing our patio door.

Door is beautiful - installation was professionally handled. Beautiful job - on time & well done.

Sales process was painful and was the least enjoyable contracting experience I have ever had. Salesman used a bait-and-switch in the contract and ultimately suckered me out of extra cash to do the work we had originally agreed upon. Then didn't listen to my instructions and wrote the contract for the wrong siding. His boss promised to call and follow up within a week with possible options to remedy. Never called. Production guys were ok. Enjoyed having them here, even though they scratched up some of my personal possessions, they didn't clean up, they cut the gutter downspout the wrong length, and the quality of their finish work was average at best. But my real issue is with the sales staff. Never again.

1st day trim & siding crew arrived & worked til after dark to finish (left trash on property). I called to have crew leader return to fix sub-par work and finish dryer vent. Roof crew worked all 2nd day & left after completing job - signed off to very satisfactory work.
