Description of Work: Replaced gutters and fascia. This was a tale of 2 different service crews. First came the fascia crew. They were apparently Paramount employees who were called off to another service call on the day of installation. They were suppose to call to give updates as to their expected arrival; they did not. They arrived the following day. They left a bit of a mess for me to clean up after they were through. The gutter crew that came later were apparently outsourced, but showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally.

Description of Work: The price on my roof replacement was ridiculous. They charged 2 to 3 times the price over everyone else plus they broke a follow up appointment with me and my wife. My wife got off work early for the consultation follow up but they never showed. They did call the next day and said they came by but we were not home. That 'no show' was their fault. They never came. |So we made appointments with other contractors and that's when we found out about the difference in their prices. |We had them put siding up for us about 7 years ago and their work is very good but even the price on the siding was very very high but, of course, we didn't find that out until afterwards. Their sale pitch is hard but if you can resist and shop for a second and/or third estimate, your pocket won't be so empty. My last word is their work is good but their prices are very high.

Description of Work: Repair to roof and skylights over sunroom. Removed all old materials, troubleshot the source of a leak, installed new shingles, skylights, etc. A few communications problems early on, but unhesitating commitment to getting the job just right. When it's time ti replace the main roof, I plan to use them again.

Description of Work: We had a large, steep roof installed on a tall house. A team of professional installers worked efficiently from 8 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. for 3 days to complete the task. The foreman communicated with us about every phase of the project and the crew members were friendly. While they were on the roof, they cleaned our gutters and washed our skylights. They did a nice job of clearing away the old shingles and picking up the yard. Very considerate!
