Teri was on time. Installation was done professional.

Harry and Travis arrived on time to replace windows, calling when they were on the way. Work was thorough. All questions answered.

Joel arrived on time and got right to work. He removed the old doors, installed the new ones, finished the outside and adjusted the doors, so they opened and closed easily.

Professional job from beginning to end. The initial presentation by the sales representative was very detailed. All my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days (on schedule). The installers were professional and very courteous and answered any questions that I presented. After completion and cleanup the site foreman and I did a complete walk around to ensure that I was happy with that job that had been done.

Joel called the night before and morning of to let us know what time he would arrive. He showed up on time and finished quickly. He cleaned up afterwards. The door looks great!

Presentation was good regarding what seems to be a great product but sales rep was very pushy. Installers were great and I am happy with the appearance of the windows.

The crew arrived on time and were done very quickly. They did a great job.

Very polite and professional. Crew cleaned up well and completed all taken very quickly. However we were promised a lifetime transferable warranty on the railing and were agent a warranty for replacement windows which we did not buy. I have contacted the company twice since the work was completed. The last time I spoke with a Vice President who promised to sent the correct warranty within a week. It has been at least about a month and still no warranty has come. The work was completed right before Christmas, 2012, and now it is April 1, 2013. At this time I can no longer recommend this company.

Came on time, had a little hiccup because we did not want to wrap and cover the dentils but the salesperson came over immediately to respond and the foreman of the job figured out how to save the dentils and perform the service and it looks way better than I could have imagined - It was a big problem at first, took ten minutes to figure out by the foreman and he showed me how it would look and it is wonderful, so problem solving is fast. Then the gutter people came when they said they were - completed the job, looks wonderful and they even re-routed some gutters in a better way than they were before. My husband and I were pleased We normally get many estimates but after so many appointments with other companies who did not show up we just took the price estimate from Paramount - They also had financing available if you need it. Not sure how the pricing rates in comparison but we were pleased with pricing
