Worker arrived and introduced himself. He explained what was going to happen. The other workers were introduced and they laid down plastic and cardboard so they wouldn't dirty the floor and carpet. They even vacuumed at the end! They got the job done quick.

Eddie was very knowledgeable about all the products. Installers showed up on time, kept me informed of everything they were doing. I had misunderstood what would be done to soffits, but the crew took the time to explain and were never cross with me.

I would never recommend Paramount Builders to anyone. I was dissatisfied with the quality , appearance and the value of their work. They will promise you champagne, but you end up with cheap wine and a big bill.

Crew showed up both days, explained what they would do, and commenced work. When issues arose, they explained what they could/could not do and went back to work. At end of work days, they cleaned up and left.

Install team showed up on time. Explained what was going to be done and the steps to complete the job. When the job was finished they performed a walk around with us and answered all questions.

To perfection!! On time. Quality of product 100% satisfaction. Quality of service wonderful! Freezing temps and freezing rain they still showed up on time and finished the job.

I could tell that the windows were working the very next morning when I went downstairs into the kitchen to make the coffee. It was early winter and that room is usually very cold in the early morning. Now I can make my coffee and not freeze to death. I am looking forward to how it will feel during the summertime with the afternoon sun shining on the windows. I am sure I won't be sweating like last summer while I eat my dinner. Great choice to get these windows, and they were able to make it fit our budget.

Harry and Sons (from Paramount) were pleasant, but also meticulous in workmanship. Wrap looks great and shows the pride they take in exacting measurements for aluminum coil folds and cuts. We will do future work with Paramount because of Harry and Sons and their get to work; stay at work; and get it right standards.

When my husband confirmed this appointment, he was told it would take no more than 1 hour. The salesman was at our house for 2 1/2 hours. The estimate was 3x what other companies that are top rated on Angie's list for the same type of roof charged. They pressured to sign that night or they wouldn't honor it. And the guy said he was a supervisor so wasn't making a commission. When we said no, they called us the next day and said they wanted someone else to come out because the guy we had jacked up the price because of his commission. Overall, just a scam. They wanted us to pay $15,000 for a roof and finance it. Instead, we went with Buckeye Builders who did a fantastic job for $5,000.00 for 50 year shingles. I would recommend avoiding Paramount Builders altogether.

Went well. Cleanup was great. Project took approximately five days. Pleased with color change. Project went as described by sales representative.

I used Paramount but I will never use them again. I do not know if that is fine, you look for anything. I think they are statewide or nationwide. They have several offices. They do roofing, siding, windows, gutters, they advertise windows, I think they try to spare a lot of areas. They sent out a team that is 15 persons. The person that was supposed to know about the building our house, the construction or everything was not knowledgeable and the contractor that came out about it. Things try to be changed, that is for the better me. So, I knew that I would have problems later on, the workers were great, the contractor that came out and talked to me when I was unhappy with what they are doing, as those with Paramount as they suppose to do was good too. But the team that came out, I do not think they were knowledgeable as they suppose to be. They were really trying to force me to buy products from them. But Robert Mastin did not do that. He cannot do to post those kinds of things and different price ranges. I did a lot of research on-line myself on different reports and places about different things of shingles. I have the knowledge and he helped me and my husband out a lot. It was 2 years ago that my husband and I contacted and contracted them. Their prices were high. They did guttering fence board and gutter guard. They trim molding around under the gutter. I want other members to know that they have to check, they replace for you and contract with them. Do not let them pressure you in divine or something. We were fairly needed that house or not needed but nearly have to work that on it and we felt that we were actually do pressure in doing it. We should look into other companies. I would say, as far as the working works and ship, was their products or both. Everybody experienced of what they did.

The crew was very professional in their work , (they did not play around when they were working) . They got to the house about 15 minutes early and were ready to work. I feel that they did a great job, and I am very satisfied with the job they did. I would recommend this company because they use a very find grade of materials. I have had them replace the windows, doors and now the railings on the front porch.
