unacceptable. Ceiling fans not vacuumed, cabinets not wiped down, toilets not cleaned, floors not cleaned. Dust balls left on floors

The ladies arrived on time and were nice, but did not clean the house. There were cobwebs in the light fixtures, in the corners of the window frames, and on the stairs. The refrigerator had not been touched nor the stove. In addition the faucets in the bathrooms were still grimy. I called and left a message expressing my disappointed. I ended up calling them AGAIN 2 days later (as the manager did not bother to call me back). She seemed uninterested in my dissatisfaction, but did want to review the notes from the ladies and get back with me . . . Im still waiting . . .

Quality of the cleaning was very inconsistent. Entire areas were routinely skipped. The master walk-in closet was not being vacuumed at all. The front foyer had cob webs and dust bunnies all along the base boards, the welcome mat around the front door and garage were not vacuumed and I suspect the linoleum was not being washed either. Given that the price charged for this service sits around the middle of the range that I've seen, these misses are just totally unacceptable.

I disliked that Merry Maids required a two person minimum and that would be $84 an hour.

They did what is considered a heavy cleaning. You don't have to supply the cleaning products unless it is something you prefer that they use. I feel their come back service is at an excellent price.

There was one regular girl who came. She was very nice, very personable. She took the time to ask if there was something that needed improving each time she came, and I appreciated that.

The first time cleaning is usually more and then they will give you an estimate appropriate for your home. They tend to be on the higher end cost-wise, but the quality and consistency of their work is excellent. They are also very thorough. They have a very stable staff and they send 2 people at a time. Their teams rotate and they have a really good training program. They are also bonded and insured. I have also used them as a one-time deep cleaning. They do really good work and they leave your house smelling really fresh. They bring their own equipment and cleaning products. They offer free at home estimates.
