I would recommend them and they were our buyer's agent. They are the largest real estate firm in Richmond. Pam Eiemer was our real estate agent, spent a tremendous amount of personalized service with us, was very responsive to our needs, didn't try to force fit us into something we felt uncomfortable with that didn't fit our needs, understood what our requirements were, and was a very good agent. The price was standard. I would use them in the future again if needed.

We got the name of Jane Cecil of Long and Foster from a family member who had a friend who had a terrific experience with her. We contacted her while we were still living in Florida and she was ready for us when we arrived. She showed us a wide variety of homes in different areas giving us tremendous information on each neighborhood including the pros and cons. She was tireless and showed us even things she knew we would not like but that we might have seen in a ad. She was always on target and clearly had an understanding of our needes. She did not try to sell us a house priced higher than we wanted. When we settled on a specific house she has a cadre of service people who she could call on when we wanted to make sure there were no major issues in the home. As a matter of fact she got four service people in on one day to answer questions we had about the initial inspection. She knows the Richmond area and is a true professional. The folks at Long and Foster backed her up with good reasources for closing, insurance and other related services. I would recommend Jane without reservation.
