They do really nice work. Prices are good and we just used them for years. They are good.

not dependable. one serviceman said 4 heads were broken. Next serviceman said only 2. Said to repair would be $250. Fixed 2 and still charged about $250. AND One of the replaced 2 heads did not work. Then want to charge for visit to fix replaced new head. Also turned on irrigation and did not check if it leaked. Told me to crawl under house and turn off water. I am going on 70 and cannot due that.

I did not look up his ratings on Angie's List before hiring him. I wished I had looked now, it was not a good experience. They were friendly and nice, but were not very knowledgeable. They did cooperate. They were pleasant to work with, but in the end, it ended up costing me more. I would not recommend them to anyone else. I trusted them on something and it did not work out, so then I had to pay them more to correct it. Another irrigation guy was able to confirm it was installed incorrectly. My plants were starting to die, ect. I feel they should not have charged me to correct their own mistake.

I was expecting him in the afternoon. I had taped the check in the garage since I wasn't sure if I would be home. He did arrive between 4:30-5:00 when I was home. I explained about a concern we had of a leak in a crawl space. I heard him go to the crawl space. He was there five minutes, took the check and left. He never turned on the water or checked the sprinkler system and never checked back with me before leaving. I emailed the owner to ask what I just paid $90 for. He never responded.

The appointment was for the morning and the technician arrived at 2PM. Some broken components were found. Instead of getting the quote while the technician was on site he said I'd be hearing from someone with a quote. I never heard from them. I emailed the president Tom saying that I was disappointed that they never followed through. No response or apology.
