I have cedar siding Reagan the rep for Jacobs ladder came out went over what boards needed replacing prior to painting. They preassue washed the whole house and my deck before using a solid stain on the siding and paint for the railing on the porch and on the foundation wall. Over all very satisfied even though it was delayed several days in starting Reagan kept me updated. My one small grumble they missed my mail box but other than that a great experience.

Description of Work: Jacob's Ladder replaced all of the outside doors, repaired some outside woodwork and siding, and painted the house. I've also used them to paint inside, including the kitchen cabinets. They are extremely efficient and easy to work with. They were willing to meet me at the hardware store to make sure that I got the correct items.

Description of Work: We recived an estimate in Oct. of 2010, but due to a death in our family, they bent of backwards to work with us to start as soon as we could be ready. Mike the project mananger worked with us on a daily basis. Seth the owner, was available to help with some unexpected issues that came up with the county. Everyone in the team was dilagent to finish the project despit some bad weather and unforeseen hitches. We have recommended Jacob's Ladder to anyone who asked who did the work building the carport. We also would use them again for construction.

Description of Work: We had our large screened porch painted inside and out, new screening installed, and a new ceiling on the interior. Reagan was prompt and thorough in working up their estimate. While not the cheapest nor most expensive, they did provide a comfort level that led to giving them the job. Work was performed in a timely fashion, professionally, and to our satisfaction. We did have one small issue, which was addressed in a timely fashion. Would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them wholeheartedly.
