Integrity Pool and Spa

It took a while for the folks there to return my call but when they did everyone appeared to be efficient and ready to gain a new customer. We had a pool that had been closed since last summer. We purchased the home as a foreclosure and knew the pool needed work. Nikki mentioned to us that they have a contractual service where you can be on their weekly schedule and pay a monthly service fee where they come out weekly and do maintenance, cleaning, etc to the pool as well as open and close it for you at the change of seasons. We were excited for this service. Terry and another pool assistant came out to our house and looked at our pool. They told us that we would need a replacement liner totaling about $3000.00 or maybe we could get by this year with a patch on the one damaged spot and just not fill the pool to capacity. We agreed. Terry and his staff was supposed to call us this past Monday, May 18 but never called back to get us officially on the schedule. My wife had to call them today to see why no one bothered to call us. Nikki tells my wife that this year they will not be able to add us to the contract services because our pool would need additional work they're not able to provide, BUT Nikki had no problem offering their services to install our new liner. I'm confused as to why you have time to install a new liner for us but don't have time to open and treat our pool, and do weekly maintenance like every other customer on the weekly contracted services?!?! I'm not sure what the deal is, but I will never call Integrity pool and spas ever again for any services. They cannot do anything for me and my family related to our pool and hot tub. We will find another vendor to work with. It's sad because despite all the horrible reviews here on Angie's List and Yelp and word of mouth, I decided to go out on a limb and decide to give you my business. Reviews stated that Integrity pools never return phone calls, never show up to appointments and basically never keep their word. How the h*** can you maintain a business like that? I guess that why there have a one star rating on Yelp and. C average with Angie's List. Never again will I do so. Thanks for nothing. Y'all need to shape up, QUICKLY!

Extremely well. They will be back in the spring to open our pool.

The entire experience was awful. The man did show up as scheduled, though with a 10 year old boy. They were supposed to power spray the deck, but it ended up being washed off with a hose. The pool cover was removed, washed off and the young boy and the man folded it up and put it away wet. The and quot;power sprayerand quot; wouldn't start after that so they put that away. The treatment of the pool consisted of no water test but dumping chlorine in. No algaecide. Again, NO testing of the water to see what was needed. The man did say our heater was old and not working so he charged $85 extra (in a check made payable to him, not the company). He said our filter was old and that was why it leaked. We later flushed the filter out and the leaking stopped at once. When we tried to call the owner, we left multiple messages before our call was returned. In the end, the owner agreed that there was and quot;a miscommunicationand quot; and did not charge us the $200. When we booked the service, we pointed out that we were new pool owners and had no idea what needed to be done. We were willing to pay whatever we needed to make the pool nice. This was a complete waste of time and not helpful at all. We had to unfold the pool cover and dry it out so there wouldn't be mold on it. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

We had terrible absolutely awful three or four different companies that were just a mess and charged us a lot of money trying to get out pool going and we finally found Integrity Pool and Spa, and they were fantastic. I would give them straight "A's" on everything. He was just phenomenal. He had a custom-made pool cover so it was expensive, but his normal rates are very very reasonable. I would say he gets an "A" on pricing.

Jon is very respectful of my lack of knowledge and insecurity in taking care of my pool. He is more than willing to talk you through a solution to save you a cost for a trip out. He is also able to diagnose problems and solve them or recommend solutions that best fit you.
