 + -1 moreKen and Janet Caroll of Integrity Choice Realty are such nice people. Having to sell a house under the stress of a divorce is very hard to go through. Janet and Ken came to meet with us under those circumstances, gave us some advice on pricing, marketing, etc. and we listed our house with them. One of their perks there is the commission is 2% and that saved us $21,000 on the commission! Our house sold pretty quickly and I needed to purchase a house for myself. I had been looking for about a week and Janet steered me to an open house for a home going on the market on a Sunday afternoon. I saw the house on Sunday and bought it on Monday. We closed on the old house in the morning and closed on my new house that same day in the afternoon! On top of the commission savings, I received a $1500 rebate for buying my house! Everything went together so smoothly and I am still happy in my new home seven years later. I would recommend Janet and Ken to anyone who needs a professional realtor with attention to detail. And the fact that they are such nice and good people is just icing on the cake!
