I am a corporate customer and have been so for more than a decade. The techs have always been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They come in quietly, get the inspection done quickly and let me know if we have any issues. In past years when we have had issues, they came in and worked on the problem area immediately and stayed on it until it was fixed.

They do well, if you have any problem with the service they come back with no charge, and if i'm not home they always reschedule the work so they can come into the house. They give me advice on what to do to keep the pest away from the house.

Workmen came the afternoon after and quot;Capitan Kirkand quot; visited and informed me of the problems he found under our home. This was the second time that PARAMOUNT had visited our homel First visit was a year ago when I called because I was not satisfied with the (treatment) Terinex said they did to take care of evidence of active termite present. I was surprised with the spot treatment that terminex carried out --no treatment of areas of past infestiationl Mrl Howard Johnson, was professional and helpful in moving the extermination process along. Hope that my faith in this company is JUSTIFIED!

I've used this company the past three years because of our continuous yearly visit of carpenter on one side of our shaded cedar siding house. They have been pretty effective when they do come and perform the spraying but the service is really unprofessional. I really don't think there is much quality management occurring within the company. Last year it took them several times to come out with the right equipment because they were not prepared to climb two stories where the problem occurs. This year, same thing and I actually had to help them by providing my own two story ladder and some manpower. After they did the service, they left some of their equipment here and failed to come back and get it after repeated calls. I will search for better service next time.

So far they have been effective in the treatment.

The experience with them was very good. They were courteous and did great work and cleaned up after themselves, they did not leave a mess. I would rate them overall an A.

They were great. They were supposed to come back after 30 days. They showed up and were reasonably priced. We haven't had any issues with ants since then. We are pleased with them. It was a good experience. They were very personable. The guy had been working with the company for over 20 years, so he knew what he was doing.

They charge me $70 per visit. They are fine. I am pleased enough that I haven't look to change. I would refer them others.

Initially our house was really in need of termite repair as the damage was extensive and visible. I called three places to come give estimates but only Home Paramount's contractor showed up so while the price seemed high, I went with them. They did come on-time for the scheduled treatment and returned twice when I saw a recurrent of termites. For the past two years the problem has been resolved. They are very responses (proactive even) in scheduling appointments.

The first treatment stopped the ants for about two weeks but the ants came back. The second treatment did not stop the ants and no receipt was ever sent. Today, 7/10/2010, I called Paramount to find out why no receipt was ever sent and why I still have an ant problem worse than when I first had them do a treatment. I was told that the original contract was only good for 30 days and what I needed was a regular contract for continuing services. I will not be using this company in the future and when my termite contract with them expires, I will be changing companies.

They do acceptable work, not above average but still acceptable. I feel their price is way too high because they're not targeting any specific kind of bug. It's just general, so I think it should be cheaper. Apart from high prices, they are OK. I just think I'm not getting my bang for my buck.

I like that they schedule a regular time each time they come and I don't have to be here because the traps on the outside of my home. I pay a flat fee every year for them to come out for four visits.

We have a small crawl space in our home that has just a half-basement. Each year, we ask Paramount to send someone who is slender and can fit into the crawl space to check under the other half of the house. Every year, the inspector comes, but isn't the right size. We then have to arrange to meet another individual who will fit in the space on another day. Some years, it's taken three tries before the right person was sent. There is obviously a break down in communications between their office staff and their field staff. Other than this they do their work well. I've thought about changing companies, but have kept them hoping they'll get it straight in the future.

The first time visit was $150 and there were three quarterly follow up visits. They were just out here for the final visit. Their prices were higher and Im on a fixed income so they may have just seemed high to me. They did a good job but maybe they could offer some discounts or incentive deals.

I have been using Home Paramount for a few years now to spray for termites and so far so good we have no signs of termites. The people that come out are highly trained in what to look for and do a good job.

I was disappointed because they could not get rid of the ants. I have been with them for twenty years. They are okay, they are a family owned company and they came out when they were suppose to and they did try to get rid of the ants, but they are still a good company.

Before I hired Home Paramount I thought it was impossible to get rid of ants but since they have been coming out I don t have to worry about any bugs. The great thing is if I do get a problem before the year is up they will come back out and re-spray.

They always called a week in advance to give us a specific date as to when they would come out so that we could plan around them, which was a great service in itself. They were so informative about the chemicals they used. They were very polite and highly skilled.

They come once a month and spray for termites and now we do not have a problem with termites any more. They use a very professional spray because the results are great and the price per month is very reasonable.

They do a fine job and theyre a great company and we have recommended them. They are trustworthy and we have used them for twelve years. They have a guarantee if there is a problem with termites, then they take care of the problem and if the termites start damaging the house they take care of that problem too. They come out once a year to do an annual inspection and we have a termite bond with them.
