Way above expectation. Their promise and motto is the real deal. The inspection (Keith) was the most thorough of the 3 I had done. His trained eye and experience pointed out some things I hadn't noticed, Explanation of work to be done, diagram of my house with arrows to the drilling and liquid application was clear, complete and left nothing to wonder about. On date of treatment the professional truck/crew arrived early, were well briefed, knew what to do on MY house from the same diagram I saw, went right to work with minimum disruption and when the left I had litle if any clean up. I have trust in this company and feel my house is insulated against the dreaded VA termintes!!! I highly recommend Hickman's for customer Service, price and thorough work. Can not say enough about this experience which I was dreading (noise, mess, time, etc). Thank you Hickman's. Alll staff were friendly, knowledgable, prompt, neat, well breifed/had a plan. Well done! I have been using them for years since having a nightmare of a termite problem. Professional, great job, never have to worry about ants or bugs in the home. Can't speak highly enough of them.

I contacted Hickman about flying termites I found on the side of my house. Within a couple days a Hickman technician came by my house for an inspection. After the inspection the tech clearly explained what was discovered and possible treatment options. He also made me aware of other issues under my house that were not termite related. Treatment was completed a few days later.

I called Hickman to have the home inspected and treated for termites in preparation for buying a bond. Ordinarily, one has to pay for treatment prior to getting a bond, but Hickman waived the treatment because he said the house showed no evidence of prior problem. Fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with.

Ed got there late, he was only 2 minutes early. Usually he gets there and has the job done by the time he should arrive. He does a through job, lets me know of any potential concerns (and that they are potential) and offers no bs. If he tells me something, I can pretty much bank it. They know their job, do what is called for and don't try to pad the ticket. I trust them and that is my highest level of recommendation.

Have used them many times before and always felt that they were top notch. Pricing on previous competitive analysis was always good and they appear to be very diligent and professional in inspection and treatment.

It went great . They came on time and finished the job and termites did not return. They were professional and courteous. We did not have to leave our home.

They always do a good job. They are easy to speak with, prompt, and provide good scheduling.

We first moved into this house 7 years ago and it had a termite problem that we didn't know it had. When we found it, they were very good. They came out, did the treatment at no expense to use, and kept after it until the termite problem was eliminated. Fortunately there was no structural damage. They were very good about following up and that made me want to stick with them even though they had overlooked the termite problem. They were very apologetic about it, but I thought the handling of that was very good. They are reliable. At a time or two, they sent out guys that I thought were a little bit weird, but they didn't bother me extensively. I wonder if they had prison records.

They do a good job. I like that they never try to push me towards unnecessary repairs.

My experience was great. Everything was great because they were clean and efficient. The treatment worked and it got rid of termites. The price seemed pretty comparable to anybody else doing the same thing. They were very responsive. I had a question after they were done and they got back to me right away. I like them. I would recommend them. I don't have anything to compare their price to. It seemed expensive to me. I would use them again in the future if need be.

I have not had a termite inspection for quite some time. I have partial basement and partial crawl space and he did that and I was right there watching him in the crawl space. He searched for termites and did not find them. He offered his services if I wanted protection and I plan to do that. He did both the house and the garage. He said I have some old damage and no live termites. He did that for free. He was recommended to me. He was totally honest. He showed up on time. I would surely use him in the future.

They are EXCEPTIONALLY good at coming out if we have a problem, usually the owner of the company comes out himself.

I have used Hickman's for over 20 years. They are very professional. Although not a part of the contract which is basically a termite inspection, also checks for dampness, mold and mildew in my crawlspace. A couple of years ago he alerted me to a dripping pipe which I was able to get fixed before it caused damage.

They are always very punctual and good to work with.

We were in the process of selling our house, and Hickman's came out to do the termite inspection and claimed that they found a board under our house, in the crawl space, that had termite's, and the treatment would be around $500 to get rid of them. We have never seen any boards under our house and do not store anything in our crawl space. We came to find out that Hickman's also did the inspection on the house we are BUYING, and told them the exact same story - they found a mysterious board under the house that had termites in it, and therefore they needed a $500 treatment as well. Maybe it's legitimate, but it's all too coincidental to me.

We have our annual termite contract with Hickman's and have always been pleased with their service. With the start of hot dry weather, sugar ants started coming into the house in 2 places. We first tried to stop them on our own by caulking holes where we saw them coming in, setting ant bait traps and "bombing" the crawl space. All worked for a very short (and I mean short) amount of time before the ants were back. We called Hickman and they said they were getting a lot of ant phone calls. They set an appointment for 7-8 days after our call as they were very busy. We were OK to wait as the ants were more annoying than a real worry. On the date of the appointment, they were very prompt and arrived exactly when they said they would. They examined the two entry areas and the grounds around the house and treated for the ants. Their representative said that the ants should be completely gone in 3-4 days but if not to call back and Hickman's would re-treat for free. No ants now.

The tech Billy came by at 8 A.M, an hour earlier than I was expecting him. But he was very professional and polite. After inspecting the crawlspace, Billy told me that there didn't appear to be any new mold but that any of the old mold from before the treatment would have to be wiped down by hand. Unfortunately, Hickman's doesn't provide this service. Also, he noted that there was a small puddle under the main drain pipe. He also gave me some tips on improving the crawlspace ventilation. Being a first-time home buyer, I very much want to take great care with my new home and Billy was very patient in answering my questions.

I like that they are willing to come out in between quarterly sprays and spray some more if need be and there is no extra charge. They are always on time and very nice when they come out. They have given me good suggestions to help keep the bugs away. I pay them quarterly.

We think they do an excellent job. There have been no problems and they are always on time. We would recommend them to other people because the work is done well. They know where to spray and they just come and go in a timely fashion.

They are friendly and arrive when they say they will. I do their work quickly, but will gladly discuss problems and answer questions. They gave me some great advice to prevent my yearly ant infestations. They are very careful around pets.

Hickman s are a very professional and honest company. They did a good job of doing a thorough inspection of my home. They offered me good advice. The worker was friendly and helpful. He was here on time as scheduled also. I was happy with the service. I would recommend their services to others.

When I called Hickmans Termite and Pest Control they came right out. They showed up on time and I was impressed with that. I had no problems with the work they did for us. They always made sure I knew what work was completed and answered my questions. I trusted them fully and I felt comfortable with them out and under my home.
