Excellent. This storm left significant damage across the region. One large tree in my front yard split. I called 3 companies to get estimates. One company quoted me $1800- if I wasn't in any hurry. One never called me back and the other called back 10 days later. Meanwhile, I noticed Floyd's Tree Top Service doing work near my house, so I e-mailed them one evening. The next day they called. The owner went by my house that day and gave me a reasonable quote that afternoon. We agreed the work would be completed the following Monday. They showed up right on time. By the time I got home from work that evening, the tree was gone. The crew cleaned up all the limbs, sticks, brush, leaves and even removed some limbs that had come down from another tree.They came back 2 days later to grind the stump. Overall, I was very pleased with their work. They are prompt and do exactly what they say they will do and left the property clean at a fair price.
