I have an out of state property and my tenants informed me that the A/C was not working. The technician Christopher went out to my property and made the necessary repairs. Christopher was professional, and he sent me pictures detailing the work that he was performing. Short Pump Heating and Air did a good job.

Technician was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about my older system.

Every thing went as expected. The system was cleaned and checked, dampers adjusted for the a/c season and as always Daniel was very thorough and efficient.

This is the second time we have bought a HVAC system from them (we have upstairs and downstairs units). Ryan showed up for the estimate exactly on time. He carefully inspected everything (even took a video under the house) and then laid out several options for us. He really knows systems. He suggested a special filter system because my wife has asthma. We selected what we wanted and made an appointment for installation. The team that came to do the installation was also punctual. They were polite, professional, and hard working. They were also pretty quick. There was a lot to do to replace our system, and they were done in half a day! One of them stayed behind when they were through to help me program our new wifi thermostats, which ended up not being easy. He was so patient through this process. They cleaned everything up very well. Our system is working really well. This company exceeded my expectations with after-the-sale service. Wow. I recommend them!

Our air conditioner stopped working. We were informed by a large national company that the unit needed to be replaced. We were given a quote between 13 and $18,000. We sought a second opinion from short pump heating and air. Josh quickly determined the problem and had our unit working for a fraction of the cost.

Kyle was great as usual. He remembered doing our maintenance previously and spent time with our dog who is nervous around strangers. He took his time and did not leave until he was sure the unit was running smoothly. Always a good job.

The installation crew was here at 8:00am as promised, and installed the new unit. Everything is working fine. The crew was quick and quiet, both desired behavior. The technician who was the first on the scene, Kyle Meyers, is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was so thorough in his inspection. He found a small glitch in the other HVAC unit, and fixed it, and he found exactly what caused the failure in the dead unit. He took pictures to show me, as I am unable to go outside. I can't say enough nice things about Kyle.
