Didn't try to oversell high-end units that weren't needed to meet my HVAC needs. Quick service - installed less than 1 week after quote was approved. Quality of install was good. Description of Work: I received a quote for a 15 SEER Heat pump and air handler from Ryan. After deciding to go forward with Short Pump Heating over a few other companies, the installers arrived on time and were done by mid afternoon. Description of Work: They performed a heat pump inspection in conjunction with the Dominion Virginia Power energy program. They tuned up the system and completed the paperwork for the rebate.
