We were extremely satisfied with their service. There was nothing, I found fault with. They were perfectly professional. They performed the job very quickly. They left everything neat and tidy. I haven’t had a problem with the equipment. They went back on their own just to check with me and check the equipment to make sure everything was operating satisfactorily. Moreover, they turned out to be the lowest bidder. They absolutely showed up on time. I would use their services again in the future.

My Whirlpool Dishwasher wasn't washing the dishes.They came out the same day and replaced a valve, which they had on their truck, and we were back in business.I will call them again.

Everyone with the company was very courteous. technician took the time to listen to the problem and took care of it in a timely manner. he did not try to oversell something that was not needed. He explained the situation in a manner that anyone could understand. after the repairs, he recommended a maintenance program to keep the system up to specs.

I have a maintenance contract with them. I spent $800 or $850 on that work. That went great.

Moved into home and wanted to get Mechanical inspected. Short Pump Heating and Air was referred to me by a gentleman at Lowes who had had them over to do some work on their system. George showed up and found several flaws in installation of system and recommended and performed fixes. He also told me that things that I thought I needed to do I did not. We later signed a maintenance contract with them and George is going to come over next week to Clean the Ducts. First rate, honest and open company.

It was excellent. They were on time and fixed our problem. They are very reliable. I have used this company for 2 years.

Arrived on time, with all the equipment needed. Laid down tarps to protect my flooring. Installation took 2 days, just as predicted by estimater. The people doing the installation were courteous, did not smoke nor use swear words, were very knowledgable and nice. The owner stopped by several times to make sure I was happy with the work, and to check on the progress. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
