About us

We provide Heating and Air Conditioning Solutions for Commercial and Residential Customers. Current number of employee's 2. We use subcontractors when performing larger commercial jobs. We are a Class B Mechanical Contractor: #2705137388. We currently charge a minimum of $75.00 for a service call, and 75.00/hr prorated beyond the first hour. We give 10% discount on all services to Preventative maintenance customers. We Currently have a special on Preventative maintenance- $60.00 per system, per visit when signing a 1 year contract

We’ve used this company for years so we were shocked by the level of customer service we received today! We called last night and left a voicemail to see about service today. We were contacted and told 1-5pm and then at 3pm contacted and told the technician was running late and wouldn’t arrive till after 5pm and therefore we would be charged after hours rates!! How is it our fault the technician is late and why should we be penalized? Unacceptable and poor customer service….especially to an existing customer!

Valerie, I appreciate your frustration. We do our best to catch every break down call in the same day. While we try to allot time in every day for emergency calls, we also have to keep our technicians busy and gainfully employed every day. That means that our schedule is set weeks in advance. It is also worth noting that we have recommended, and you have declined (for years) to have your equipment included on a pro-active maintenance schedule. If you had opted to have your equipment included in pro active maintenance, you may have avoided the system break down. You would have also been given priority scheduling with NO COST overtime diagnostics. It can be very hard to predict service times. Some calls take 1hr, and then when a repair is needed it could take 6hrs. We often stay onsite and make the repair to ensure that a customer has comfort. We were still willing to come in the same day, however we do have a policy to charge non-maintenance customers an overtime fee outside of an 8 hour day. I want to be clear that 100% of that charge goes into the pocket of the technician that runs the call. He or she is taking valuable time away from their family and personal time to make sure that we check your ac in the same day. I'm glad that you were able to find someone else to run the call. Jesse called me back very quickly - even though it was Saturday. The problem was fixed before 12noon the same day. Love Excelsior Air!

Jessie was great. We worked through several options to put in a cost effective and efficient solution that not only worked well for my home now but provided capacity for the basement renovation i planned on doing a year later. My home was built in the 60's and presented some challenges. Very responsive and helpful. **Also processed a manufactures rebate for me to save some additional $$.
