Very nice to work with. Came to the job site everyday. He even fixed a couple of my porch boards that were warped at no cost. All his workers were very friendly. Reminded me to take down anything hanging on the interior walls (I would never have remembered to do that).

Responded to original call promptly. Water leaking from roof to wet area in bedroom ceiling. Came to look at roof but didn't have ladder. Said he would come back in a couple days. Never heard from him. Called again and seemed to forget even coming the first time but said he would come back. He finally came back, got on the roof and applied some roof sealant. Heavy rain within two days and same leak still exists. Called again and he said he would be back in two days. Never heard from him again and now fails to respond to messages.

ESI owner Eddy Munn was absolutely wonderful. He came out exactly when promised, and in fact called to confirm the appointment ahead of time. He looked at the problem thoroughly inside and outside the home and provided a very reasonable price. He took pictures documenting the work that was done. Everything was handled extremely efficiently and professionally. I recommend ESI without reservation and fully expect to use his services again.

This was a great experience. Eddy arrived at our house the same day I requested an estimate, he pinpointed the problem, provided an estimate, scheduled us a few days later, and fixed the problem of our leaky siding and roof. Very professional, efficient, quick, and reasonable. I am already considering future projects for Excel.
