the repairmen came a few minutes early, quickly was able to determine the nature of the leak, and replace all the bathroom vent outlets that have worn out due to age. Work was completed in under 2 hours for a very reasonable price.

The crew did a great job. They removed a Trex roof deck, replaced the EPDM membrane and reinstalled the deck. The work performed on the roof replacement was far superior than the original install.
