Description of Work: Mark had installed a tile island counter 5 years ago and for some reason several tiles "cracked" due to stress (not his fault). He came and replaced the broken tiles and now it looks good as new. Everything matched even after 5 years. He has done several jobs for me and I never have a complaint.

+ -1 moreI did the demolition work myself. Mark and his assistant worked from Dec. 13-22 - (8 days) to redo the tile work in the bathroom. The new look of the bathroom is wonderful. The work did take longer than expected, but the result is very satisfying.
Description of Work: Mark installed new tile in our 50 year old home's master bedroom bath. He was very patient in working through the difficulties. He did excellent work and we are very pleased. Mark is a very pleasant person, very considerate and thorough in working out the details of his craft.

+ -1 moreThe project took a little more time than both Mark and I anticipated because of some complicated cuts and because the color variations in the tile made the layout a little more complex than we thought it would be. Luckily, Mark is an artist. He is very patient, and willing to work on a project until both he and we are satisfied. It turned out beautifully.
Description of Work: Mark installed slate tile on my fireplace surround and raised hearth.
