+ -1 more. When I first contacted East End, I spoke with Matt about the problems we were having. I noted we had water dripping from the ceiling, yet we had no idea what pipes, what the source might be. East End came out - opened the ceiling up - and quickly found the water trail - right back to the souce two stories up! Bad weather be damned, he was up top, pactching and working through the problem. He then recommended that we keep things 'open' to both ensure it was fixed, and also to properly let it all dry out. He came back, as agreed, about 1 week later - and confirmed that all was well. However we had developed a faulty exhaust fan - which traced back to a rotted out mount (due to the water). This necessitated both contruction of a wood framing to handle the exhaust, as well as running new wiring for the exhaust power! "All part of our job" we were told. Yay! Yippee.
Description of Work: I went with East End because of their responsiveness. After several years of living here, we needed some repairs, across several trades. They were able to coordinate and perform at levels that to us, were like a Class A contractor! They came in and did wall repairs - replaced some leaky plumbing and fixtures, and were able to address an electrical problem that surfaced while they were here!
