+ -1 moreThe specialists were very professional. They were neat and committed to leaving my lawn so that the grass would rerconnect upon consistant watering.They were true professionals, extremely confident in their work.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with water pooling in front on my garage door. They designed and completed a system that connected the two gutters to four inch pvc pipes which in turn connected to a larger six inch pipe which carried the water out to the street. They then had to design a way for the water from the six inch pipe to flow to the street because the six inch pipe was larger than the curb. So this meant that they had to drill two holes in the curb to accommodate the amount of water that could possibly flow through the pipes onto the street. At first I thought the cost was pricey, but when I saw them do all that digging by hand, I quickly changed my mind. They reminded me to take pictures of the system as they completed each phase of my project.

+ -1 moreExcellent! We were getting water backing up in our back yard and seeping into the basement, a condition exacerbated by our terraced yard & deterioration of existing drain pipe system. Since Mr. Pressel's work, we've been bone dry. Mr. Pressel was present for the work. His bid was mid-range of several we received. His solution to our problem was innovative and successful. He is polite, professional, and timely.
Description of Work: Drainage improvement consisted of digging 70' trench, installing 2 PCV pipes; one connected to downspouts at back of house and drain box (also installed), and the other through a side yard to drain water down front slope.

+ -1 moreExcellent. One area of the yard was more or less wet all year round. I had three people come out, but only Drainage Specialists found the source of the problem, water retained at the foundation because of blocked (crushed) drain tile. They came out promptly, were extremely neat, explained to me what they were doing and why, and left the area in an amazingly good condition, I could hardly tell they had even dug in the yard at all. Even the mulch and sod was nearly perfect.
Description of Work: Solved yard drainage problem. Dug down to foundation, dug trench, placed PVC pipe, backfilled with gravel, covered and put sod back.
