We had some smoke coming from the refrigerator. It ended up being condensation that was going on to a wire which was steam and not smoke The problem that I thought that it was really wasn't the problem. I thought he did a great job. He was timely and came over pretty quickly. They were very reasonable. He was very good.

The person they sent out was extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Not very well. We were forced to choose between a hard & fast estimate or paying based on "time and materials". We chose the latter with an assurance that would be cheaper, so we weren't able to get a true estimate. Everything they did needed to be re-done or repaired. The shower head leaked initially, as did the sink, and the repairman who later fixed them said they were very easy and obvious fixes. The toilet was very messy looking when re-installed, and the heating unit they installed was loose and finally fell apart. They were responsive to the problems, but the shoddy workmanship and excessive bills speak for themselves.

I was very disappointed in this company. They said there was no leak in the unit. The thing was he did not even have any equipment in his truck that could detect carbon monoxide. The manufacturer of the water heater sent them out under my warranty. They still tried to bill me personally and threatened to charge it off if I did not pay them directly. This was covered by the warranty, so I never understood why they tried to bill me.

They were really nice, told us what to expect and gave us a time frame as to when they would be done. They worked very quickly and quietly and got they job done right on time. I would definitely use them again if I needed a plumber.

D. L. Jones Plumbing is a wonderful company to deal with. They are very dependable and professional. The job they do is always done well. We have used their services for years and have always been pleased. They are a fair company also. I would recommend them to others.
