+ -1 moreShannon arrived at our house for a quote on Wednesday, March 9. She stated she would provide a quote by the end of the week. I didn't hear from her, so I emailed on Monday, March 14, to follow up and to see when to expect a quote. Her response was as follows: I will send later today. Thank you, Shannon It is now Friday, March 18. I never received a quote. If you are busy, you could at least let the potential customer know that. Avoidance technique is not professional. We have gone with another company.
