Description of Work: They did a little bit of everything: painting, carpentry, electrical, flooring. All work was performed in a professional workman-like manner. We were readying our house for sale and anticipating repairs and improvements that a new buyer would expect. Mike Collawn managed all phases of the project effectively and efficiently, plus he offered value-added recommendations.

+ 1 moreWe purchased a home and the gas had been shut off. When we tried to get it turned on, we were told it was not up to code for a few minor reasons and could not be turned on again until they were addressed. It was late November and very cold. Mike came to the house within 2 hours and installed a metal protective bar in the garage and then helped make sure all of the gas appliances functioned and the pilot lights lit appropriately (which he did not have to do.) I have used him and his employees for several other small projects and his price has always been reasonable, his work is impeccable, and he delivers on time.
Description of Work: Installed a metal bar to protect my furnace in the garage, installed a new cable outlet, and drilled into fireplace stone to help me hang a painting.
