+ -1 moreThey are pretty good. I burnt wood logs. They told me that that caused very little pollution and need not be cleaned every year. They told me that it was fine to get it done every three years. I really appreciated that. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Clean Sweep to do chimney evaluation initially. Then they came out and did cleaning on two different occasions.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience. The sweeper was running late, but contacted me twice to provide me updates on his arrival. Once there, he was extremely professional and the services was excellent. He was able to answer my questions and make suggestions for future services based on my fireplace usage.
Description of Work: Chimney cleaning- peace of mind.

+ -1 moreHe left everything as clean as a whistle and did a wonderful job. It was so clean you wouldn t even know he was here. If he gets tied up on another job, he will give me a courtesy call to tell me why he is running late, and how long he thinks it will be. I have recommended him and he is a very friendly guy.
Description of Work: The chimney sweeper cleaned out my chimney on my one story house by going up on the roof and working his way down. He used a long handled wire brush and went up in the fireplace to work his way up. He bagged up a lot of soot, debris and hauled it off. He also used a deglazing compound to loosen up and remove the compound from the chimney. He checked the top of the chimney to make sure it was covered properly, so critters wouldn t build a nest there.

+ -1 moreThis is a reliable company and they do good work. They have been around for a while and they are very reputable. They are professional and I highly recommend them. He cleaned up every bit of the mess and was a nice, friendly guy.
Description of Work: The chimney cleaner came out and cleaned our chimney by running the brush up and down the fireplace, and he used a vacuum and cleaned out all the junk from the top to the bottom.
