They were punctual and hard working. All work was completed in a timely manner and it looks wonderful!

I had a good experience with them. Their initial response was great, but I needed a letter sent to my mortgage company and they were kind of slow with that.

We did have trouble getting a hold of them to get them out here. They were actually the only ones who were reasonable on what was a pretty small issue overall. I'm sure we were small potatoes compared to their other jobs.

The entire team was amazing. Starting from the lady that answered my phone call, then the owner, and the team that came out here to fix my roof. Every single member the team were polite and professional. Would hire this company again in a heartbeat!!!

I was able to make an appointment relatively soon after Hurricane Matthews came through. Mr. Cisneros arrived right on schedule and proceeded to repair the leak. He also check all other roof penetrations to ensure they were properly sealed. He is knowledgeable and honest and I will without hestation hire him again to address any roofing issues.

Sergio came on time and was so professional and courteous. He looks at the leaks both inside and then on the roof. Let us know they found a couple weeks and also gave us some pointers about a gutter that needed redirected. Did a lot of work for a fair price and very quickly with all of his workers. We had some minor roof damage above our screened porch because of a fallen limb and called Cisneros Roofing. Unlike some, they were willing to meet me after work to take a look/make a quote. Mr. Cisneros arrived early and diagnosed my problems right away. He also identified damage from the limb that was quite real and that I had not seen. And, instead of scheduling us, he made quick and professional work of the entire issue on the spot. He was a true gentleman both in his pleasant and amiable demeanor and in assessing his price. It rained cats and dogs this week, and sure enough, our porch interior remained nice and dry.

The man came out to inspect the skylight. Turns out it was a simple application of roofing caulk required - the original installers did not complete the job properly. I was shown where to caulk to fix the leak and he did not charge me for this fix. I was prepared to spend $100 or more to have this fixed since we are moving. I was surprised to find integrity in a company employee. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - they will not over charge and will provide the services required.

The experience with Cisneros Roofing was excellent from start to finish. The three person crew were very professional and did an excellent job. The building has a flat roof and the crew was extra careful to cover and protect the house the first night in case there was any rain. The company was responsive in all communications from bidding to billing.

The estimate was never provided. I called Mr. Cisneros on 7/10/14 and told him I had not received the estimate. He said he would contact his office and have them send it. I have not received it as of 7/16/14. I am disappointed that they apparently do not want to submit an estimate.

Well they never called when they said they would but at least they always showed up on time. Took about a day and a half to do a complete roof replacement cleaned up after they were done nicely. Couldn't beat the price and the end result looks great. I would recommend them to anyone in the roof market.

What a great experience. We had a leak form in our kitchen, so I contacted Cisneros Roofing in the evening and had a response from the company within the hour. We agreed on a time to meet the next day. Sergio arrived on time, thoroughly examined the problem and fixed it. He even cleaned off the porch roof and the gutters. Went above and beyond. Can't remember the cost exactly but was best price of three estimates at the time. Very hard and efficient workers. Here early and worked all day. No problems with the roof since. Had squirrels in attic last year and asked them to check their work for an opening. They were out the next day and it turned out the squirrels got in thru the siding and not the roof. They never charged us for the the inspection. Highly recommend this company.

I recently had a hot water heater installed throughmy home warrently, however the venting to the roof needed replacing (with a new roof cap) and this wasn't covered so I looked on Angies List to find a reputable roofer to coordinate with a plumber to complete the project. Because our family of 4 was without hot water, I needed this done in the next couple of days and I was initially pleased that Cisneros Roofing was able to coordinate with a plumber they work with to complete the job. I received an estimate for $900 to put a roof cap on the slate roof, and against my better judgment I mailed the check and the roofers came out the next day. For the following week, our every time the hot water heater turned on the smell was overwhelming with fumes. I investigate this myself and found that the ductwork was never replaced and only the cap was put on the roof with a 3 inch duct pushed through to the existing (rusted through) duct work. To say the least, I was disappointed that my family was exposed to these fumes. Much to the credit of the plumber that Cisneros arrnaged, he came out the same night I called and fixed our problem and properly vented the hot water heater. I asked the plumber, who spent the most time at our house if $900 was a fair price and he was astonished. He tole me that he only charged $140, and the material cost was negligible. I asked my friends and family in the business and they concured that I was likley overcharged, many speculating because of the nice neighborhood I live in (Windsor Farms). I asked for a call from the owner a week ago and I have yet to get a response. I have chalked this up to a lesson learned, as I do take full responsibility for not getting another estimate. However, when your two kids need to take a hot bath, I was in a tough spot and needed it fixed in the near future and much to thier credit, they were initially very repsonsive. With that said, I do feel that I was overcharged and would caution other Angies List users considering Cisneros Roofing to get a second estimate.

Cisneros roofing is excellent. From start to finish I am extremely happy with my experience. I found Cisneros roofing on Angie's List, and called for an estimate. They came out right away and I was provided with a complete and detailed written estimate of all of the work to be performed. I had 5 different roofers (all from angies list) come out to my home prior to Cisneros and Cisneros was the only one to give me an immediate price which was between $1000-$1500 lower than what I received from the other companies. The work was scheduled for a few days later, and took 2 days to complete. Each day, the crew cleaned up completely before leaving. Their workmanship is excellent and the roof looks great. I am really happy with Cisneros roofing. They are a great family business and really good, honest people.

Cisneros gave a very competitive bid and they did great work. I'd definitely use them again. I'm very happy with my new roof and skylights.

We contaced Sergio at Cisneros Roofing from Angie's List. We secured three estimates and compared them price and product. Cisneros Roofing was competitve in the pricing, their schedule was full at the initial contact but they put us on the calendar which was fine with us. Sergio came by a couple of times to check on the progress of the roof. The employees were hard working, polite and did a really nice job for us. We gave them a B in responsiveness as the office staff's response was somewhat slow. We can recommend Cisneros Roofing with complete confidence and will definitely use their services again if we should need them.

I had a pinhole leak in my front porch roof and Sergio climbed up and put some caulk in it. I'll still need to get the damaged wood repaired, but I checked and it's not leaking anymore. And he didn't charge me! I'll definitely call him when I need a new roof!

I used 'The List' to have a few roofers out for estimates, Cisneros being one of them. As checked above, he arrived promptly for the estimate, took a good look around the roof. (My problem was some water damage in the ceiling of some upstairs rooms.) He took pictures of the vents to show me, explaining they were where the water found its way in. He gave me the dollar amount; and a few days later 2 of his men came and installed the new vents. As far as the B in my rating, I just am reluctant to give out all A's anymore, sometimes it takes longer to make a final decision about something; an example being that I bought a heat pump last year which is turning out to be more costly than the 22 year old unit I replaced, when I had been told a percentage of money that I would actually save. But I'm going to call Cisneros in the future for any roofing needs, and if anyone needs a referral I'll go ahead and refer them to this company.

From start to finish, they did an exceptional job. I met Sergio at the site two times - he was there even before me. I really appreciate that as this is rental property that I do not live in and I don't have time to wait around. The estimate was fair and he said they could get it done that week. The job was done in one day. The roof looks great, the yard is clean, they even cleaned out my gutters. I am really pleased with the work and the overall experience. Thank you, Cisneros Roofing, for making this onerous task almost pleasurable!

I called them and they came out the next day for the estimate so I was pleased with that.
