Description of Work: Cisneros reviewed roof problems with us and gave us best suggestions on how to solve problems with drainage, etc. Work was done on schedule and property was left clear of any trash. Came back months later to install (at no cost) flashing around gutters in an attempt to prevent water from running over gutters which they had not installed. This summer we had water coming down the chimney flashing and they repaired it in 3 days. We were only charged for initial installation and summer 2012 work.
