Cisneros Roofing

Cisneros Roofing was very responsive in arranging an appointment and was on-time in checking out our roof leak which was caused by leakage on a roof vent (pipe). They quickly fixed the leak with a 'boot' along with sealing using roof caulking. They also checked out the two other roof vents and applied caulking to them as a preventative. Sergio was very polite, personable, and expedient in getting the leak fixed. Would highly recommend their services to others.

There is a lot to like about this company. First, they scheduled a site visit for a specific time of day, and did not say "...we will be out sometime before 5 pm...". The owner showed up on time, and was very professional. The front office was very responsive to email questions. i ended up very pleased with the finished work. I will use this company again.

I found them off Angies List. They were prompt in coming out to look at my roof which was leaking inside the roof in one section of the house. The person who came did not go up on the room, but said they could see what the problem was from the distant. I paid for them to apply a patch to the roof, which is what they recommended. One year later, the roof is leaking again.

They came the same day the quote was approved and completed the job in 2 days. They were professional and did a great job. We would highly recommend them!

Was promised a written estimate and warranty so I hired them on their word. They were prompt to get started and cleaned up well when finished. First rain storm some of the shingles came off. Called Sergio to come replace them and he said he wanted to see a written contract and warranty showing where he was responsible for repairs. No paperwork was ever provided and he would not stand behind his work that was less than 2 years old. Cedar shingles are warping and splitting.

Quick estimate, work complete in about 2 weeks -- took 2 days for actual roof work. Workers were friendly and courteous and efficient. Not only quality workmanship, but reasonable price. Could not be happier.

Work performed in very timely manner after contacting the company. Work looks to be excellently done, and roofers were took pride in their work and ensuring leaks were fully identified and repaired. New vents were installed exactly where I specified. New shingles match existing. All in all, a very good job and fair price.

I am not easily impressed with services provided by contractors in general, but Sergio and his team deserve a BIG shout-out. Their work was impeccable. The roof was skillfully replaced and the site around the house was left even cleaner than before the work started. I recommend Cisneros Roofing to anyone who needs quality work done with care, at reasonable price.

Excellent! Everyone was very professional, very responsive and when the weather held things up for a bit, they let us know. They made an extra effort to be sure to finish up the job in advance of some bad weather that was forecast. There was no pressure to buy more services than we needed and they owner came and checked the job to be sure it was done to his satisfaction. I would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises. I have already recommended them to my father for repairs on his home.

Both in their price and in their level of service. I personally inspected the work up close, and was impressed with their efforts to do as good a job that could be done. Cisneros Roofing was such a positive experience. The workers were polite and always cleaned up after themselves, they arrived on time and worked till the sun went down. I could not be more happier with the color of the roof we picked and the work that was performed. I very highly recommend calling Cisneros Roofing, the owner himself comes out and meets with you and he is such a nice person. Everything went smoothly from meeting the owner to the girls in the office answering all my questions to the workers who came and did the work. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Great! Worth waiting for. I recognized that this was a small job during a very busy season. They were able to fit me in more quickly than I expected. Price and quality were both great!

Estimate and job prompt and profesional

Excellent work. From the free estimate to the repair work performed on my roof, I had a positive impression of Cisnero's and their employees. They were polite, punctual, and did excellent work. I had requested an estimate for repairs on my slate roof. Half of the contractors we spoke with immediately recommended we change to asphalt - strike one. Not Cisnero's, fortunately. They walked me through the rough estimate of work to be done, and were very reasonable with their pricing. They knocked out the work in three days, and the roof looks amazing. My only two points of constructive feedback would be around communication. They stay very busy, so it took a few days for the estimate to come through - but they always sent one. Also, I was told there was a 3-4 week backlog before work could start, so imagine my surprise when they showed up (unannounced) about ten days later and started to work. I'm not complaining, as the work needed done, but just be aware that communication may not be a priority. Rest assured, however, that they are professional, polite, and very reasonable.

We scheduled an appointment for this evening and no one showed up. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the business back and was told they were running behind. I still haven't heard anything back from them. I'm disappointed with the lack of responsiveness (now more than four hours after the appointment). I understand folks get busy and sometimes schedules get broken, but you have a responsibility to contact your customers when you can't be punctual.

The roof was professionally installed by an outstanding roofing crew. Cisneros roofing was a joy to work with from the initial meetings until completion. Thanks for do an outstanding job!
