Everything was moved and returned the carpet was relayed and looked better then it did before the leak. Very professional. A man that enjoys and takes pride in his work. So refreshing!

I had 2 bedrooms and 1 hallway where the carpet was buckling. There was an additional charge due to the fact that there was furniture in the areas where work was performed. I didn't mind the extra charge, I was happy that the work could be done without removing the furniture. The work took just less than 1 hour. The carpet looked great after being stretched. The work comes with a 10 year warranty which is transferable if you sell your house.

Although they were late with the service call, they were considerate and called and informed me that they were running late at another service call. They were responsive, professional and responsible and removed red and yellow stains from a cream carpet. I needed another carpet cleaning job at another unit the same day and they accommodated us and gave us a good rate at the 2nd job (price not reflected above). I would recommend that you consider their service before replacing your carpet. They extended the life of the carpet at the rental unit.

I was amazed at how massive carpet damage, by a renter, was repaired and cleaned. I , like many people, have had a nightmare of a time with renters. I installed new carpet in one of my homes, and less than a year later, after an eviction, the carpet was "ruined". That is until I spoke with Carpet Doctors Inc. Although I had to leave a message, I recieved a response within an hour. I was sold on this company after an extensive conversation with the owner, in which I was assured my carpet could be restored to like new condition, thus saving me about $1500 in replacement cost. When the Technician got to my rental home, on time by the way, he was uniformed, in a new van, and was proffessional in appearance, and attitude. After a "walk-through" we decided to restretch 2 rooms, install two inserts to correct an iron burn, and an area about 3'x4' that a dog had dug out, dye one bleach spot, clean 4 bedrooms, living room, hall, den, and all closets. I returned in about 4 hours after a call from the technician to tell me he had finished. I was shocked at how fast the work was done by one man, and had doubts that this would be done to my satisfaction. I Fully expected to return and find obvious repair sites, dirty trafic lanes and dog odor. I am telling you that when I walked in the door I couldn't believe what I saw. The carpet looked new! I think my wallet smiled too( can that happen?) Although the carpet was still damp, I was assured it would be dry within 24 hours. The repairs were virtually invisible, the wrinkles in the two rooms were gone, and the bleach spot was no more. I was given a lifetime warranty for all of the repairs, and a 10 year warranty against the carpet buckling again. It has now been over a month since the service and the carpet did dry in 24 hours, and looked better than it did while it was damp. All of the repairs have held, and no odors have returned. As you can tell I am very happy with this Company, and now have them on a yearly schedule to service all of my rental properties. Now all I need is a good renter. Wish me luck!

They did a fair job initially. There were 5 rooms and they also charged for the hallway. The carpets were extremely wet when the job was done and I found spots that were not removed. There were still squeaks in the floor they said they had worked on. When I contacted them about these problems they said the warranty was only on the area they worked on which did not make a lot of sense. They kept promising they would come by and remove the stains and fix the squeak but they never did. I was home all the time and have a son here but they never showed up although they said they did. They are now not returning my calls at all.
